I like that the workouts are quick and that each one is automatically timed for 1 minute -- but I would like it better if it would "say" what the workout is when it starts so that I don't have to stop and look at my phone. I don't use the menu options because I have my own foods that I enjoy, so I just track the calories and record it in my phone. I like that there is a "motivation" button that helps talk you into working out. I have a Google Nexus S and it works great!

Deff crap. they choose all the foods for you. Theyre foods i dont eat. When i try to add my own all i can put is a name and cals but no fiber protein nothing...doesnt that matter in a diet as well. The work outs i will admit r ok but nothing else is relevent. This app need major work!! 2.30 is cheap and i guess u get what u pay for him!! Dont waste ur money, i kno i wish i hadnt

I don't really care for this app. The exercises are good but without audio it makes it difficult since you have to keep looking at your phone which kind of makes it counter productive.

I enjoy this app... it be so nice to an option for food allergies. I find myself having the same snacks and having to change menus around a lot. Love the workouts, and enjoy learning news food. Please give me a allergy option...

It's a shame it doesn't reset after the 28 days are up. You can't go back and adjust your target areas or weight. I found the menu a bit repetative so didn't really use it. On the plus side the workouts are quick and effective which is great.

I purchased this app but I am unable to get it to install on my Samsung Galaxy S because I keep getting an error message saying that there is insufficient memory available on my phone, despite more than enough free memory. Other apps install just fine, so I'm not too sure what the problem is.

Nice looking app. good content but on the progress chart it doesn't deduct the calories used through exercise from those consumed, so you don't really know how well you are doing.

I love this app howerver after about two weeks I get a message saying the license has expired and I need to repurchase the app. which requires me to delete the app then download it again restarting my eating plan. Please fix

App looks lovely,but I can't get passed the first attempt to create a plan. It keeps force closing. Sadly I can't get refund as wasn't able to test it quick enough.
