Good app all in all but there are considerable annoyances, such as the graph numbers not being round but random decimals (eg 60.75), and when you zoom in the right end of the graph (which is the most interesting) hides behind the axis.

I modified the activity names to Walk and Workout. The reminder helps me record daily. I listen to Pimsleur language lessons as I walk most days for 30 min or 1 hr. Workout means yard work for me. I'm 73. I also make diet notes that help me recall the unfortunate rises in the graph. Started at 240 lbs. Halfway to 185, so far. The recording keeps me focused. Weight War is precisely what I'd hoped for.

It's really important to calulate your BMR for your exact weight so you know how many calories your body is using daily just to maintain itself. When you know your BMR you can calculate exactly how many calories to eat, and how many to burn through exercise to lose a pound (3500 calorie deficit). This app is the only free one I found that calculates your BMR from your weight, height etc. It probably can calculate a lot more, I just installed it and set it up. Five stars so far for the BMI thing!

Ads are distracting and worthless, please provide Ad free version. And the drinking input is just stupid. I can't even record water intake. What is the point of this ? All I see is a pointless check And no numbers like advertised. And the meal log is nothing but note taking, i can just record all of that in Evernote. And some text is cut off on the Note 5.

Great app, it motivates me do more and more. I use a couple of programs for weight (this app + other), for counting calories, and for fitness. So that's great, when You see result in a mirror, and have great statistic in app ))

Is the drinking check mark for water or alcohol? If water... can you put ounces? If alcohol... can you put # of drinks? & does it show a negative impact? & can you add water ounces? THX!

When it comes to my weight all I follow is the numbers-scale, calories, etc. The charts, analysis of everything else is great!

This is a simple program using my weight data like a daily spreadsheet. It reminds me daily to log in my weight, if I exercised and remember to drink water. Then it graphs my ups and (mostly downs!) of weight. It also has a food logging option that I don't take advantage of. For me and my needs, it's perfect.
