Stream Scare is built primarily as a chat bot for Twitch (possibly other services later) that will listen for the commands the streamer specifies. Upon finding one of these commands, it will react with the sound set within the application.
Future additions might include:
* Other services (Hitbox, Beam, YouTube)
* General responses, to create a more generic bot.
