GlobalGuard for Android
As the manufacturer has stated themselves on here it is incompatible with the latest android operating systems and so the camera doesnt work and there are constant disconnects. They have stated that they are working on an upgrade however this has now been ongoing for months which is unacceptible for any product but in particular for a security product ! Marshmallow OS came out the 5th October 2015 it's now 14th September 2016 and it still doesn't work they claim they are working on it I don't believe them. It worked for a short time at the end of 2016 but January 2017 its once again not working hope it doesn't take them over a year again to fix it. I really I wish that I hadn't bought this it was a big mistake. Don't expect any support you get an automated reply to an email to their support and then nothing.
Disgusting that friedland can sell a product and ignore customer dissatisfaction. The software by Everspring is crap, it does not work. Don't expect your phone to work with your system. It does initially but then fails.
Rubbish app that worked occasionally in the past but has now stopped working - please fix it
Doesn't work since last update
Update has not fixed unstable with Marshmallow fix it and you will go straight back to 5 stars! And no support for ip cameras. We have 3 or your great alarms and but at the moment they are not working how we want them to. Please fit the apk
Just updated & now the app crashes on trying to view my camera or view events from this Galaxy S5. Needs to be sorted ASAP. So I will not upgrade on our iphone until it is stable. Come on Honeywell get it sorted
Would not recommend it to anyone a complete waste of time app keeps on crashing camera problem as well
How long will it take to fix the Camera view on Android????????? Still no fix ????. Now September and still no fix.....
Recent upgrade has broken app and now won't work at all!
Marshmallow is not a new OS anymore, in fact it will soon be replaced and yet only part of the alarm system is supported. It now been so long I have purchased standalone IP cameras that work great and give better images at a lower price.

No support...doesn't work very well and never updated. Don't buy this product get a yale one!
Many problems with this app which is not being addressed by the developers. Support from Response Electronics is very poor.

Crashes when trying to view IP camera. Crashes when restarting the phone. Has troubles arming and disarming the alarm. Pretty much useless.

Seems to have problems with Android 5 in every device I tested. Not usable at all, crashes in less than 1 minute. Camera function doesn't work either
I can't go further of the login page even if my login details are correct.
Frequent crash on Note 3 when phone is restarted.
Needs 4G data or Wi-Fi.

Yes you can check your alarm status after login and turn the alarm on and off but everything you do is harder than it should be. For example when it has connectivity issues it says to try again but gives know way of doing so without a log off and login again (labourious). It should remember your login like every other app does (security isn't an excuse because it asks for a pin to disarm anyway). When it's trying to connect you get very little feedback when it's not working and no solution. The UI is awful.

Same as chap below, simply not working. I am returning the whole alarm and buying Yale...
Worked for a few days. Now get message: App unable to login. Check your mobile settings.... Don't waste time with this app.
So far it's working
General operation is okish don't know about stability over 3g networks as I only tested it over WiFi. CAMERA quality is extremely poor. Just shows random pixals. Such a shame. May return the whole thing if the stability and quality are not improved and opt for Yale
Utter waste of time! Worked off & on for couple of months but its now stopped working & wont let me log-in at all. You'd think an organisation like Honeywell would have tested software before issuing it to the public. The customer service staff also havent a clue with this app. Avoid!!
Get about half my standby time if I stay logged in.
When the app works it's great. However, I find the reliability poor. You usually have to quit the app and restart to work on the Android version. The iOS version is even worse. Rarely works and even when it does it takes an age to set/unset. Considering changing for a Yale system if Honeywell can't improve this app quickly which is a shame because the actual alarm hardware works well. Update-Still get the dreaded 'Waiting for HIS...' followed by 'Please Try Again' once I've managed to set/unset once.

Utter waste of time! Worked off & on for couple of months but its now stopped working completely. The app isn't compatible with the latest Android version, which they of course don't tell you. The online log-in only works with an ancient version of Internet Explorer, it doesn't work with Chrome or Firefox. The IP gateway has a habit of losing synch with the Internet, which causes annoying "lost comms" bleeps usually during the night. Technical support are terrible, and as the severs and IT support are in Taiwan, it takes weeks to get any help, if you get a reply at all that is. It truly is a waste of money!
