I am loving the Prime Fresh service, saves me a ton of time shopping. The app is pretty slow, and you can't view your past orders unless you go to the full website. I save money every week though over the grocery stores though.

This app is painfully slow. It takes forever to change a quantity. Cannot add multiple quantities from the product page.

Amazon fresh wiil go a long way with this app. Outstanding app for someone that can help the elderly and shut-in, sick, etc. Keep up the great work Amazon Fresh.

I tried it for the first time tonight and can't seem to get anything to actually work. maybe I'll try again in a few months.

Cannot change quantities easily. There is less functionality than on the website and you cannot get the deals all the time as on the website. For a company that has experience in building apps for shopping, this application is disappointing. Hoping for a large update soon, especially since it costs so much to be a member.

Could be easier to navigate.. More categories. But I do like what they are going for.

Seriously? At checkout I have to go back and delete certain items that aren't available? This happens often. Why can I add them to my cart to begin with?? Lots of kinks in this service that need to be worked out! Very disappointed.

Changing the quantity of an item is not ideal. Can't look at past orders. Seems rather buggy.

Really dated UI, no material design.

Key option missing is the ability to browse by other categories besides produce and previous purchases.

Could use more user-friendly function for managing orders and zoom in on product images with nutritional facts but otherwise awesome! I hope AmazonFresh starts serving more regions!

And doesn't show nutritional information.

Needs easy way to add from past orders

For an undisclosed reason Amazon fresh users are forced to use the website in CA and many items are more expensive in the web edition.

Can't see all the aisle? Where are the rest of the products? Am I only going to subsist on produce, lobster, smart water, and household products? Fix this app then I can order.

But it falls short in so many ways. Half the time the app crashes unexpectedly. When it does work, it never shows the nutritional facts. Nor does this app allow me to browse specific categories like meats, bread, or dairy. Amazon fresh is convenient but it's still extremely limited on brand options. It doesn't even have 1 Asian brand white rice for sale.

My son has a severe wheat and barley allergy and this app's clean interface cut down my shopping from 3 different stores to zero. Everything he eats is now in one spot

Just painful to my pocket and my patience. For $299.00 a year and an app that doesn't do much, I'd rather be going to my nearest whole foods. Uninstalling right away!

I am soooo, love this app. Selection is great meat is fresh, everything is delivered amazingly, nothing smashed, squeezed, or broken. Cold items in separate ice boxed and ice pack bags. Driver is courteous and on time always. Next day delivery, what more can I say.

The other day I received, and got charged for, dog biscuits. I don't have a dog. In the app there is no way to see specific past orders or to contact customer support. This is really annoying. I did manage to contact customer support but not through the app.

Add feature to show which item is available for your selected delivery time before you add it to your cart

Very handy delivery service when you are busy. Just have to figure out what to do with the green bags until next delivery time.... Other than that great service... Beware, Meat prices pretty high!

Delivery food to my warehouse the next day including anything and everything that any grocery store and much more !

It won't let me change the food options, it just keeps showing fruit

Easier and cheaper just to go the grocery store. App doesn't support product lists created from the PC. So you have to search and re-add items manually! It won't play back Dash audio. Products previously purchased sometimes don't appear on the previous purchased list! Search functionality is terrible. Using this app is the definition of frustrating.

It works well enough. I wish I could browse by aisle instead of having to search for everything. Seems like they'd sell more that way. There used to be more specials/featured products on the home page which I liked for local items.

Can e glitchy when adding items to cart. Also, would love option to sort by aisle.

App needs a lot of work. Pretty terrible interface considering its basically a bunch of menus. Fresh direct app much better but ~10% more expensive, will soon judge quality of groceries.

Its like Amazon gave up on this... Prime now is much better and no annual fee.

It doesn't work sometimes, not able to accept and use saved credit card and addresses. Keeps asking for my address and credit card information every time.

Would be nice if I was able to get delivery, says I'm out of delivery area!

Excellent app. I can order from work and it will be delivered the same evening.

Haven't used the app once and it started crashing every couple minutes over and over.

Super fast shopping experience. You can quickly drop items while scroll shopping along (rather than going in and out of the cart). Great search recommendations. Nice selection of healthy foods!

The. ONLY. Way. I mean, they give you free dry ice with your ice cream. The freshest strawberries I've had in months! Who cares about the app itself? The service is top notch! Xoxo

Allows for adding items to cart, but that's it. Can't proceed to check out because the payment fields do not populate. Selection seems more limited on the app. Can't edit delivery time. No easier way to increase item quantity than hitting "+" several times. End up having to use laptop to complete order.

They have same day delivery unlike a lot of other stores and customer service is great. I can view past orders to make shopping faster

Simple, easy and fast.

Very good for a start but needs to be improved
