Server URL does not work in app but works fine in my computer browser

This app used to work great. For almost a year now it just get stuck with the "Please Wait" icon spinning. I have to use a computer rather than my phone to write my time cards when I travel now.

Why are weekend days not available to enter hours? Just updated and still only shows Monday through Friday.

Doesn't work most of the time. When it does it takes way to long. Whenever I try to save time it takes a full minute to save, then I get a message that it's not talking to the server.

Now I can't connect to my company server...still no access

App doesn't work. Same URL in my browser works fine. Uninstalling

We're finding a lot of our employees get an error when entering the URL that they can't access the database. So far all complaints are from iPhone users and it seemed to start after an apple iOS update. Any idea when you will have an update to your app to handle this?

App is very buggy, and just stops working altogether at times. UI feels like it was an afterthought as well. One of the few apps I've ever used that tries to close when I hit the Android back button.

When backspacing to correct the URL format, the program will backspace letters two spaces away. How do you screw up a text box? Seriously?

App is only able to communicate with Delta's server sporadically and if you try to attach photos of receipts to expense reports, the app WILL fail after less than 6 images have been attached, then it will stop communicating with Delta's server AGAIN and lose every picture you just took and force you to RE-take ALL pictures again.

On the plus side - I can enter time when away from the office. It's an awful app though, the UI is terrible. It constantly loses the server connection, and because there's no local cache that means it loses anything I've entered up to that point. Using this app is like pulling teeth.

Seems to work well, for uses with iPhones your system administrator will needed to edit the server hosting the Deltech vision service to enable TSL 1.1 and TSL 1.2. IPHONES using iOS 10 or about will get "enter valid URL" error if this is not done. See Deltek support ticket 87535.

Worked great until I was forced to do an update. Now it freezes while loading the URL

It never works, period. By far the most useless app in the app store; so congratulations! your number one at something. By the way I might be a little frustrated just FYI.

Randomly unable to connect to server after using for months. Please fix, very reliant on this app.

Always having difficulty signing in like the app keeps going down.

Worst UX ever

A poor excuse for an app. Google shouldn't allow such junk in their store. After the last update, I can no longer use this app for expenses. Once I snap a clear photo of my receipt, the app blurs the receipt out until it's not viewable. I wish we could roll-back updates.

It used to work. Very unfriendly to use, but it worked. Now I cannot login, just sits after pin login. Tried re entering the url and will no longer connect.

The previous versions seemed to have issues based on reviews, but the current app worked just fine. It was quick to set up and functions similar to the desktop version. Interface isn't the most intuitive or attractive, but it is a time/expense app, so it just needs to work.

This recent update no longer allows users to connect to their vision servers. However this app never worked all that well. The vision software itself is pretty good for its feature set. I would recommend using one of the other vision interfaces even the web version of deltektouch touch is better than this app

With the latest update the connection no longer works. This is a big problem as we have over 50 people in the field and now they cannot enter their time or expenses.

Terrible UI. Stops working when they "upgrade it". If it wasn't required by my employer I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot barge pole.

Software is intended to make things easy. I'd rather submit a structured txt file to a cheap excel scripted interpreter than use this app.

With all the complaints about photos of receipts being unreadable you would think they would fix it.

The designers had odd ideas of where certain buttons should be, but this mobile app is cleaner and more practical than the desktop version for most purposes, and the receipt-capture functionality is a big winner.

it asking for server URL . how can i get server URL?

Crystal clear pictures now upload fuzzy and unreadable after the last update. My employer can't use what I submit because they're so unclear. Rendered totally useless.

Moved to the cloud and was looking forward to the mobile app version for all of our travelers. Couldn't get connected to the server. Went from great optimist to pessimist to gave up.

Menu access/labeling is clunky and not terribly intuitive, such as timesheet summary view versus detailed view. Things like scrolling to the proper number of hours desired is tedious and pointless, just give us a number pad or full keyboard. Most of all, DON'T demand that I update AND THEN WIPE MY LOGIN. How do I know at 11pm on a Sunday what the proper URL is? Your "help" document is also of no help.

Works for a few tries, then launch the app and it acts like I've never used it before. Asking for server name. Still doing the same thing, still USELESS!

If I don't login often enough it resets the login and I have to set it up again from scratch. Not worth the hassle.

App works fine with the big exception being that when it updates all data is lost. You have to put everything from login server to settings back into the program. Please make the server and settings save in a data file and this can be a 5 star. 3/21/16-App saved login info last update raising to 5 stars now.

Unreliable. Filled out my week's worth of time, saved and submitted. Next day, all my entries were gone and status of timesheet was displayed as "in progress". I have no confidence in the mobile app.
