It does not recognize my email id and unable to login. On top of that customer care is pathetic... They don't have solutions or answer to this problem. This is happening with many customers as you read previous reviews. " SBICAP SEC " WHEN U WILL IMPROVE.

I couldn't login. I couldn't sign up. I couldn't reset password. Nothing happens at all. Why this application has been developed? Google please remove this application from playstore.

Please guys never open demat account in sbi... I've tried to opeb account in sbibuzz and I had to use for 2 months and yet the work is not done... their customers care services is worst in the world

When I try to login it says my email id not registered. I am a demat account holder for last 3 years and I keep getting emails about this app frequently. Avoid downloading it.

What kind of service is this, at least some one should say when will this login problem will resolve. Its been months since app is launched and no one cares to fix this problem, take this app offline

This is very good app. to login in previously enter your email Id and then click on forgot password option.Then system generated mail will be sent on mail Id. after opening the mail there is Tab to reset the password.Then you can Reset your password & you can use this same password to sign in on the application. its easy

You have to create pw for this app by clicking forgot pw > enter any mail id(not necessarilly d 1 with sbi smart)> reset pw link will be there in your inbox just create new pw and thats it ...

Worse app not even login with registered email and default pwd. Even in forgot password it says invalid email I'd although it is registered mail id.... Worse app

After complaint it recognized my email. But no notification when you loss money

I have contacted Helpdesk but it's been more than a week but the problem has not been resolved.

After getting notification of research calls, details shows previous day calls..Its very frustrating.Each time research calls is refreshed, u ll see new and wrong data calls.Need to be fixed immediately

Not able to login with default password. When try to reset password, it says email is invalid! Why SBI always lacks professional approach in app development and trading app?

By Default password sbicap@123, m unable to log into my account. One more useless application.

I am using this app since more than a year and suddenly it refused to recognise me...my email shows invalid... very unhappy with the experience. Tried more the three times to reinstall the app and again it shows the same notification with no valid logic. Please fix it on priority else the customers will loose the trust on SBI.

Even after having demate a/c with SBI , still not able to access this app. What is the registration process for using this app ?

Worst researchers sitting at SBI, calls provided are of very poor level, too many calls just to generate revenue for SBI with no emphasis on accurateness. Success ratio is quite low.

Anyone from developer please look into the issue. Most of the people are unable to login. Sign up field is not there. Sign in field is not accepting the id password though its correct. Nobody develop app without testing. Bt as its nationalised bank, u developer cn do anything? Because nobody is there to penalise you!!!! If anyone from Bank official from IT Dept reading this pls take initiative and do the needful.
