Tennis TV - Live ATP Streaming

Chromecast is ever so slightly better than the Roku app, which is simply unusable every since they updated the look. Mobile app is crippling slow, and feeds often cut out if they even start at all. So slow to use and horrible navigation. Old app was so much better. Why did you attempt to fix it when it wasn't broken? Because now it is...

One major issues: When casting a match from your phone to a Chromecast, something on the app on the phone keeps resetting the match after a minute or so. To get around the problem, I always cast the match and then turn off my phone to completely kill the app and then turn my phone back on. After that, the match continues to be cast to the Chromecast and everything works fine.

Video resolution is good, but the framerate is low. The interface is sluggish and does not follow material design. Chromecast works, but it should not be necessary to first start a video on the device before casting.

No womens tennis? Clearly this app is outdated if it claims to be a tennis app without displaying womens stats and matches. Searched for Williams and came up empty. Please correct me if the app does in fact include womens tennis.

Can't speak about it's Chromecast functionality as I haven't used it with that yet, but the app itself is great. UI is gorgeous and intuitive and the video comes in well. Excellent app for tennis fans.

casting is still choppy as hell.. do not promote a feature if it is not working!

This just does NOT work. Each video stream crashes after a few second saying there's a connection error. However when I use the same network from PC stream world fine. So it must be the Android App. Really bad. Also wrote to support team via email and Twitter and they never replied.

Why not implement a feature to switch the matches automatically on Chromecast? Now the way I have to do it if I want to change to another match after casting began is: stop stream; restart stream with the wanted match playing. Do you have any testers in your team? This would have been really easy to notice in testing.

Live matches being Chromecast to TV from laptop or tablet will not cast in full screen (but will if using phone). Can't skip forward/backward by small increments. Definitely needs work, but it's functional.

Chromecast works for a couple of minutes then crashes every time. Not good enough for a premium priced app.

Latest version working well, would be good to add volume control when sending to chrome cast like Netflix,. Also why no WTA viewing, there is no WTA Tennis TV app so why not add to this so?

Chromecast issues have still not been fixed. It still frequently crashes and restarts at the beginning of the session.

This is suck its not a free apps you need to pay monthly or annually...ill uninstall this apps!...

You can garrentee 1 thing with this app/website it will crash after 4 or 5 minutes of a final. With the usual error message video not available check internet connection, which is a load of rubbish, i can even contact online support becuase the whole site is down. The new update mean the is does work on a tablet providing you dont wont to watch a final. Im only giving it 1 star becuase negative values are not allowed ..please sort out your website and app

Doesn't stream when it matters. Great for watching replays, but the app does not stream live matches properly, especially the high profile matches like the final of Miami 2017 between Federer and Nadal. Even their website doesn't work properly during the live matches. I regret I subscribed to TennisTV.

Update: Just reinstalled new version of app, and all seems to work very well! Especially love being able to Chromecast. Thank you Tennis TV for fixing the app. Really impressed and I'll be continuing my subscription! This is perfect for fans of tennis. Brilliant content and commentary.

Patchy functionality at the best of times and an unintuitive user interface, but worst of all simply wouldn't work (for anyone) during one of the most anticipated matches of the year. Unacceptable performance.

Love it! Perfect for a fan of atp tennis. Great to watch the classic matches. Just need grand slams now...

Worst app ever. Doesn't indicate issue with functioning in Asia. Doesn't work but rips you off

Amazing high definition quality! Great UK real tennis commentators.. Huge archive of matches.. Highlights, tournament calendar, schedule for the day, and perfect camera angles of the court!!! 5 star amazing!!!!

This app And website are total garbage! Most games not Broadcasted, app is a disaster, you tap on a live game and they play a finished instead! Worst mistake buying a membership! IPTV memberships are waaaay worthier and you get more tennis

A MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT over the previous tennis TV app. Great full replays!! Would like back and forward 10 second jumps please! Very useful between first and second serve and between points. Also please add ability to go back to the app and control your Chromecast. The notification widget is limited, no ability to jump forwards and backwards. Chromecast problems: if you shut off the screen of your mobile phone and switch it back on again you cannot control what's on the TV. If you chrome casting from your phone you cannot adjust the volume as you can with any other Chromecast app like YouTube. If you change from one video capture another you have to cancel the previous Chromecast and then start another this is not how it should happen.

I just subscribed again because I was told it improved, yet I can't watch any live matches, for some reason, it automatically switches to an old match, displays the wrong stats and tittle. It still is an overpriced service that underdelivers, people that don't care about streaming games legally have a better and more reliable experience than those of us willing to do it legally and pay, absurd.

Pretty decent app. Improved a lot over the last year. Still not generally available on Android TV devices (e.g. NVIDIA Shield).

Keep on improving and pls make it available on SMART TV asap

This app has come on leaps and bounds compared to last year. Great interface and very reliable frequent content available immediately after replay. Love the new skip forward button. The only suggestion is that can you make the display time and duration dissapear of each match as it ruins the results. For instance...federers match yesterday was just over an hour long so as soon as he won the first set....it was obvious he was going to win in straight sets which he did emphatically so I didn't end up watching the rest of the match as the replays are spolit by the progress time bar. We don't need to know how long the replays are....let us enjoy the replays as though it's a live match so we can't know the result or how long the match will be. It's not like football where there is a fixed 90 minutes. Fix this then this app would be perfect. Hats off to the developers. Everything is so slick and seamless. Don't change things too much as it's spot on apart from the progress bar. Cheers

This app has definitely improved huge amounts since it was first launched and well done to ATP Media for that. But 2 main things that I'm finding annoying are, having a progress bar on replays, which just ruins any match you want to watch Spoiler free as you see exactly how long it is and therefore what's going to happen so this needs to be removed or at least the option to disable it. And the other main problem I have is the amount of mobile data it uses when streaming live, I want to stream these matches on the train, but it uses up 1gb in about half an hour so I just can't, therefore you need to add a quality option so that I can watch it in non HD, as it is just eating up way to much data.

Great quality and commentary. Replays are available just a minute after the match is over. Totally worth it.

Don't know what sucks worse, this app or Chromecast, try to watch a replay and after a few minutes the Chromecast reboots.

[Sept 2017] progress bar is still there!! Please, please, please, PLEASE! fix this. IT'S RUINING ALL THE REPLAY MATCHES.

Watching highlights on Chromecast. After every clip I have to stop casting and then cast again. Such a basic user experience requirement which is lacking.

It's good, and grants access to matches you can't find anywhere else, but there's no Android TV support and no casting option.

Has paid the fee but UNABLE to watch any matches for unknown reason ????????????????????
