V disappointed with the app. Sometimes works manually hardly eva works with the programmer. Dont bother with it. The room stat works a treat though. : )

Utter rubbish. Fitted by my installer as I wanted smartphone control. Took weeks to learn how to program it and that was only because a rep pointed me at a video on YouTube. Nothing in English writing available. Failed repeatedly from day 1. App would not log on. Tried for 3 days before my Wife's smartphone would log on and last week hers was the only one we could use because mine would not log on. Programming never worked reliably. It would give communication errors to exactly co-incide with the moment that I wanted to put the heating on. I had cold showers for the two days before my installer ripped it out and replaced it with Hive 2. Which I programmed in 30 minutes flat without looking at the lovely little booklet. Dreadful waste of money.

Couldn't get the tydom to work, returned it to the shop, the instructions are appalling. Won't even let me delete the app.

Almost totally useless in the UK for home automation. It manages to control heating but only while keeping an otherwise useless hub up and running consuming electricity and an ether net port for no other good reason. Zero compatibility with anything else. Perhaps it is useful in france

Much better than previous app "itydom2000"! It finally works as expected. However I can not save my configuration to my tydom box. Developer said an update should fix this. Hopefully soon!

Just on time for winter....the bloody app has stopped working.!!! Worked great, as I use it just to control the heating, but now it will not recognise programmed times. I have just reinstalled it and now it will not even let me turn the heating on or off!!! Where is the contact or support page??? Who do I contact for help???? Not impressed at all.
