App is simple, but needs some expansion. It would be nice if I could use my app, in-flight to make requests, such as hot tea, water, or issue. It would show up with my seat number and queue the request in order for the staff.

Great job with the app, Delta! Thanks for keeping up to date information for your customers including delays and gate information. Now I don't have squint and look through hundreds of flights to find my info at the airport!!

I use this app frequently because I travel a lot but it's super painful. I gave 3 stars initially but having to enter my credentials every time is just a bad user experience. There's no quick login (please add fingerprint) and no keep me signed in option. There's also no offline mode that allows you to access your boarding pass, and the app frequently has "sorry something went wrong" issues.

Delta is truly clueless of the needs of travellers. I am in Asia right now, relying on this app, and Delta demanded I download this 41mb update before I could access the app this evening. Seriously? Have you guys at Delta never travelled? Crating difficulties for travellers who I rely on you is just thoughtless.

App doesn't let you login again after you've logged in before. (fails with "sorry, that didn't work") Only solution is to clear the cache and login again. How could this possibly make it past quality assurance???

You cannot check in online when you have an infant in arms. No where does it tell you that it just keeps telling you you need to check in. Don't bother calling customer service either they will just read some script over and over again.

Can't pre check in anymore due to government regulations. No point is having the app anymore if you can not pre check in and pre check baggage. App is useless now

It keeps crashing when trying to access my trip info and I desperately need it

The Android wear part of the app is annoying now. Before it would keep the qr code on the watch screen, but now, when the watch screen times out, it clears the qr code. When the screen come back on, it takes 5 secs for the qr code to display, and then it only does for a few seconds before clearing again. Hardly enough time to get the qr code scanned

App makes it impossible to sign in. After 10 minutes of trying, and an offer of a phone call, I decided it's easier to check in at the airport.

Every time I open it it says the app is having technical difficulties and I have to click where I'm going multiple times to get where I want. This needs fixed very annoying

I have spent hours at the airport waiting for the app to update. The app states flight in flight but to discover the flight has been cancelled. The webpage for delta was more accurate information. If you are awaiting a loved one pack a snack. GO DELTA

Delta continues to impress, the way a mobile app should be set up. Easy to book flights, check in status, etc. Excellent !

Buggy. Doesn't show all trips. Crashes trying to select seats.

Changed my password and checked my username a million times and it still won't let me log into my account. So frustrating

Since latest update it keeps displaying a message to try again and logs me out.

Excellent app, vastly improved over the past few years

Delayed flights dont update phone app properly...

Works ok when all is running smoothly, but crashes when weather causes heavy usage - and that's when I need it to work!

Please add adaptive icon support

Why would you show me return flights that are not offered? How does that help me in any way at all?

Seriously delta fix this. The app crashes every single time it opens on a galaxy s7 since the new update. It's been almost a week, can your software engineers not figure this out? Roll it back of you have to, it is 100% useless as is for many people.

Great app with great features ...and a few great flaws. #1 problem: no feedback option for the app. I'd love to help make it better, but I can't communicate with developers. #2: Flight add-ons don't always show up after purchased....and can in fact be purchased repeatedly for the same flight #3: There's no indication of how one logs into pre purchased in-flight wifi. It would be nice to have the option to login from within the app Baggage tracking, flight updates, etc make the app seem like magic

I like this app but unfortunately the "dates" section is glitched and will only show me flight results for October 2017 and it is now November and trying to find flights. Have to open the browser to do that so no point in app. I've tried every way of resetting it to try and get it to work as well.

I have experienced several issues with picking seats, checking in, and boarding flights since the 4.6 update. The app often crashes or inaccurately puts me on standby. Most recently, I was upgraded to sky priority but lost it when boarding the plane since the automatic check in from my phone didn't sync up with their system. Please remove the automatic check in feature.

Works great except it doesn't keep you logged in, meaning you have to log in each time between connecting flights if you want to pull up your next boarding pass or you're SOL. Even if you keep the app open, switch to a different app, then switch back within 10 minutes, it will still have logged you out. Additionally if you opt for the app to remember your login credentials, it will freeze your account. I called Delta to try to get my account unlocked during my 1 hour layover but the next callback option is in 3 hours! Don't screw yourself over with this app and just print out your pass at check in!

I dont know what you mean it automatically checks me in. I still have to go through the process. And what determines where I am in on upgrade list if you check everyone in at once? Also although this is a new Android phone it annoys me like the last phone. On all older app versions. When I reboot the phone I get a notification that my boarding pass is available. BUT THE BOARDING PASS IS TWO WEEKS OLD. I have long since taken that flight.

I'm not seeing any way of turning off the automatic check-in feature that was just added to the Delta app. I do not like this feature. The app checked me into a flight that I was getting ready to change which added another level of hassle to make the flight change. Why is this feature even necessary?

The app seems to fail when I most need it. When things are going well, (no delays, good weather, etc) the seems to work ok, but when things are most stressful and boarding is being rushed after multiple delays, the app errors out. I could have my boarding pass up and working just fine, but then when I wake my phone back up, the app gives me the "Sorry..." error dialog and I am signed out and don't have my boarding visible. And, of course, this happens when in the boarding line _right_ before I need it. Suffice it to say, the "minor inconvience" of having to log back in again is amplified into horror and terror in that situation. Not a fantastic user experience.

I can't even get past the log in screem, sometimes when i'm able to, my boarding pass disappears. whoever develops or is in charge of the mobile platform needs to be replaced, and I wouldn't be surprised it's being offshored. Sad

Delta no longer wants its frequent flyers to have any control of their air travel within 24 hours of departures with their mobile app. Sad, not an improvement, but a step backwards. Please stop the auto check-in, or let us turn it off.
