Dell KACE K1000 GO for Android
Is good and easy to use however ever since latest update it crashes. I have found out though that if I just change the last digit of my password it will load correctly, very annoying though. It looks like this only happens on android though as my work colleague has ipad and doesn't do it.
Since updating the pin sign in returns unrecognized error Everytime. I can simply click in the username box or password box and then click the login button and it works. But this is annoying.
Still Broke 1 year later!! Good to see what tickets are open. Can't close or make any changes to the tickets.
Most recent update crashes every time I try to load
When I respond as comments to tickets, before you save and post the comment, it saves it and when you add text while thinking of what else to complete your thought, it only posts as what you originally had said and I have to write a double comment and hide the first from the user - This still an issue unfortunately
Won't even open.. crashes everytime
I can set the server and my creds, see my Help Desk and all the menus, but tickets don't load.
App crashes when launching from notification
I like this app and I use it daily as well as the desktop version. The only problem with this app is that it does not give a location or site reference like the desktop version. In the desktop version of the K1000 there is a place for location so you know where to go. In the MOBILE app, there is no location anywhere in the ticket. It would be great and much appreciated if this could be fixed. It would make things much more easy and I would gladly add more approval stars. DO YOU EVEN READ THESE COMMENTS?!
Will not accept certificate when logging in. Tried reinstalling several times with no luck. Even tried new certificate with no expiration...still will not accept. Would really like to use this app but as is...non functional for me.
It works, sometimes. Good for refreshers but overall too hard to do any real work with.
Its hard to view tickets and not know the location especially since we have 65 different locations and travel. Please give the ability to sort by location or a custom field.
I see two of every ticket when viewing on the Android app. This has happened with every version since we started using the K1000 a couple years ago. Please fix so that this is a useful app.
Works fine on my GS3, but doesn't work on Nexus 7 with Android 4.3.3. Gets Java null pointer assignment upon login. One star till fixed.

Still don't see any script options. This would actually make it usable for me.
When I go into KACE and then "my tickets" I'm given a list of all of the tickets that are assigned to me. Underneath each one of them is my name. Why? I'm in "my tickets" so obviously I know that they're my tickets. What I need to have displayed here is the clients name so that I don't have to click on each ticket to see who the client is. If this is something we are able to do on our end please tell me how. I would much rather see the client than my name next to every ticket!
Tells me server is incorrect, but every other employee uses same server number successfully
I've had the app installed for months and used it rarely. Today I wanted to use it to change the submitter on a ticket. The submitter list is unordered and unfilterable. Tickets with many comments will lock up the whole app while it loads. And you can't close the app with the back button. The app is fine for most tasks, but when it fails, it epic fails.
If your duties include deskside support, you can update service desk cases from the app, push fixes, and escalate or refer to another analyst without disengaging from the end user. K1000 Go is a required app for everyone on my organization's support team. The only drawback is Dell having the app's permissions borked so it won't install to a first-gen Nexus 7 without 3G. I had to force download the APK, then install on my Wi-Fi-only Nexus 7. A helpdesk tool should never require the presence of cellular data to install.
I need this for work but it times out as soon as I log in on my Galaxy S5. Works fine on my iOS devices.
I use this at least 5 times a week. Never lets me down.
Works really well. Very quick and easy to view and update calls while out and about. Haven't really tried the other features yet.
Can't create tickets from the app. "Error change title from default."
Doesn't work on Motorola DNA. Session times out instantly after signing in.
Don't understand why when I'm in the "my ticket" view it shows the ticket number and then "my" name? Obviously it's my ticket because I'm in my tickets. It should show the number of the ticket and the name of the client. It would be very convenient if I could see who the client for each ticket was from the main screen of the my ticket feature without having to click on each ticket. If I'm on my cell phone's data it's very slowly navigate in and out of each ticket sometimes.
Previous comment says it doesn't work on Motorola, but it works on mine running Android 4.4.4
Could not view any information after login. Now the sign in botton does not work.
No custom fields sorting or searching yet
This feature is awesome accessing my k1000 on the go is great.
I work for the ISD that reported the SSL issue. Its now working, thanks for the super fast response.

Great app!
Uninstalling this app as it is no longer usable at all with a 6.0 K1000 physical appliance.
Crashes upon login
Per Support Defect number: K1M-1717 - a: null pointer exception loggin in to k1 There is currently no ETA on a fix.
Right after log in, I get "session timed out". Then stuck in infinite loop. CAN'T USE AT ALL!
The app keeps crashing. This app is worthless.

This is a very efficient app and used it a lot but since the update I have to modify my credentials(retyping a letter) then hit login every time I open the app. Please fix and will be back to 5 star review :) thank you developers
