You guys should seriously think about online payment services. There are times when I can not tell people at both the point of service to pay for consignment. Then I have to book with russsh which is unnecessarily expensive...

App is ok, service is pathetic, had to send an urgent document from Colaba to Andheri, was smsd it'll be picked up at 9:30, got another sms later saying it's delayed to 10:30, then later another saying it's delayed to 11:30, than 12:30. Tried calling them, no answer. Went on live chat and was told to cancel the order as no 1 was available to pickup. Normal courier is more reliable than this. Contacted Russsh, they came in 30 mins and delivered it within an hour, I had to no pay double though for the express service.
