About my last food order, the least you can do is give me a phone call to notify me that you are unable to deliver my food, instead after 5 days your rider shows up and I don't even want the order anymore. Wasted my time and money, there better be an explanation and reason for this extremely ridiculous service which takes 5 DAYS to deliver an order. Never have i encountered such laughable delivery service. Please improve the alertness of your employees for the sake of your customers as that order is going to be my last food order from you guys.

The price is good compare to other food delivery service app, however there still needs improvement. A chat feature should be provided so that the user can contact the delivery team instead of calling the customer service in the office while working. Next, the user should be informed the name and contact of the rider so that it can make the user less worried especially when the user is ordering food for friend as a surprise. Lastly, a combine order feature should also be provided. For example, ordering bread and juice from pavilion, should be combined into a single order since it's from the same place.

Why is there no place for me to "search" for restaurant? Please put a magnifying glass there for me to find a restaurant. Very time consuming to scroll and scroll. Tq

sucks cause the restaurant closed but they told me at last minute :) and now everyone don't have food to eat , say hooray to delivery eat app :D no help the user and keep saying can't proceed + didn't give plan ???? nice nice nice ????

Don't have tracker to track food delivery.. And in order history I can't find what food I have ordered...

I was super excited when I first heard about them. FoodPanda was getting boring and it's nice to finally have an alternative. I was surprised I've never heard about them earlier. So today I decided to make my first order. Before I ordered, I realized I have my old number on their file (ice previously registered but never made my order) and I can't get the otp to proceed with the order. It took me three separate phone calls and three different solutions to change my number and even that didn't work. Finally the third person gave me an otp over the phone. I'll give credit to the IT department though, who whatsapp'd me promptly to change mt number on file. So I waited 2. 5 hours for my order and no emails, messages or even a phone call from them about my late order. I had to call them to ask and they insisted that my order wasn't in their system, even though I've supplied them with the order confirmation number that I got from their app. And after 10 minutes on the phone, they finally told me their system has a problem, and the operator stopped right there. Silence ensued and I had to ask "so... What happens to my order?"; to which they replied, "Sir, if you INSIST (yes, they used this word) to proceed with your order I can TRY (again, yes) to tell our IT department to move your orders to pending orders and this will take at least another hour" Lol why are you convincing me to cancel my order? Also, I do not care how you settle this matter internally, it is not my concern. Also, do you really need another hour to process my order after screwing up this bad? I ordered four drinks from tealive for Gods sake lol, how long does that take? If this was my company I would be immediately sending someone (who may or may not be a rider) out to rectify the problem. Lausy apps. Why is it no delivery to selangor but even though there are many restaurant near by such as 1 utama just 5 minutes to damansara utama??

Needs to be more user friendly like foodpanda app.
