Keeps crashing in the background. Normally just after I boot my phone up. The prompt to send logs the interiors my current foreground app. Very poor

Constantly claims I'm using an incorrect password so have to log in on the full website instead, strange thing is I use the exact same password!!!!!!!!

Quick and easy to use. Really useful if you want to be in control of when, how your fees are paid. It'll be useful to have a section that shows how much will be taken from your next month's salary. Then you could email and have it amended accordingly.

Not stable often claims I've entered incorrect password when I haven't -shame as if it's working then it's really easy to use

Great app as you can pay for childcare on the go instead of having to log onto a computer. Only downside is you can not change the amou t coming out of your wages via the app. Shame as this would be really useful

First time user. Easy to use although trouble logging in despite correct details. It would be good if the account could draw direct from your bank account for sums over and above your balance.

Dead easy to use and i can pay wherever i am so no more forgetting how much it was by the time i get to a pc.

Great to pay your fees when you like. Would also be great if you could adjust the amount coming out of wages too.

Easy to use. No problem locating registered carers. Easy to set up a new carer. Fideliti do it for you. Payments made within a good time to provider.

We need an option to request a different amount taken from your wages but apart from this this app is easy to use. Love it

Nothing to compare it to but very easy to use. Wish I could change the amount going out my wages but that may be my work place and not this app although I can't see an option to do this on the app.

Great app except that the designers don't seem to realise that some of us are using it on tablets rather than phones and want it to auto-rotate the display to landscape rather than remain fixed in portrait mode.

I use a nursery that allows me to book my child in on the shifts that i am working so monthly payments differ from month to month, this app is so simple to set up and send one off payments. Hassle free

I just made a payment on my commute to work. The app is so easy to use and had all the information I need to keep track of my account whenever it's convenient.

I can pay my childcare bills on time on my phone sat in the car as soon as I get the bill so I don't forget!

I have been using Fideliti vouchers (in one incarnation or another) for over 8 years and the app just makes it so much easier to keep track of incoming vouchers and which have been spent.

No faff just simple data fields that make payment soo much quicker...shame that I never had the app until now. My children have all left nursery. I would highly recommend app based solely on first use.GREAT!!
