You can select from 3 default messages, including one that lets you set a specific time; or create your own personal message which you can access again for future use.

Managing expectations of people trying to get in touch with you saves time and frustration, especially in today's world where callers rarely leave a phone message.

Your phone most probably already has this ability, however it requires so many steps to get to it you're unlikely ever going to take advantage of such useful functionality.
