Works great! I purchased two lights and so far I haven't had ant issues. I can access both lights via Bluetooth. Gave it 4 stars because it shuts off my Bluetooth once I save settings, every so often.
Whoever developed this app needs to rethink their career and maybe go into meat packing or a deli counter cause they are GRADE A BUTCHERS of programming. This app is a complete joke of effort.
Followed the directions to install the light. Downloaded the app, connected to the light with bluetooth, gave it a name and password. Works great with no problems. NOTE: I had to turn off any other bluetooth device before it would connect, no big deal.
I've bought two of these units both units have indicated that they are connected to another smartphone. Technical support had me take the first one back and the second one gives the same error message. Wonderful concept piece of junk.
Terrible terrible terrible.... what a waste of time and money the lights and the app have been. First, the app will keep disconnecting the Bluetooth, and second the settings will keep resetting leaving the lights on for hours in the night and annoying the neighbors. Can't wait to return these lights or throw them away.
App works fine for the features that it has, but you would expect that a standard feature for a light is the option to turn it off. It has a manual override to turn it on, but in order to turn it off, you have to turn off your dusk till dawn settings, and even then, the motion sensor will still kick the light on and the dimmest you can set that too is 50%. If they add a manual override to keep the light off so I can star gaze on my deck, I will gladly up my review 2 stars.
Useless running on my Google Pixel. Whenever I try to go into settings for the light it turns my phones bluetooth off and disconnects! Works fine on my wifes iPhone. Otherwise the app seems easy to use and functional (on an iPhone).
It should be where we can turn it off. There is not even a test thingie to make it simpler to set motions. App takes long to detect OR it doesnt even detect at all. Fix it for all of us please! We want quality!!!
Did get all 3 lights to work finally but app turns Bluetooth off on your device every time you access it. That needs to be fixed.
This app sucks. It keeps saying that my light is paired to another smartphone. I follow the directions for resetting to factory default and I get the same thing all over again. I'm returning the light and getting one without bluetooth.
No password recovery and light will not reset . Says it's connected to another device but has only been connected to my phone. Garbage app and poor adjustability when it was working
It really is quite a poor app. All the things I read happened to me. Being told the light is connected to another smart phone. PW is incorrect, etc. I know the PW was correct but it wouldn't allow me to access it saying the PW was incorrect. The trick seems to be to go into Manual Override (slide switch to right) When the switch is green and there is a circle around the light, then click the light and you can adjust the settings. The durabright is a neat setting that allows the light to increase intensity when motion is detected. The light should have come with a well produced video on how to operate, but like most things these days these companies leave the consumer "in the dark" while reaping in millions. It is a crying shame that HeathCo couldn't spend a few dollars on a great demo movie, and come out with an app that is little better than "Half baked".
ditto what everyone had said about pairing, etc. with SMART HOMES being so prominent you would think something would have been done to improve this dumb thing!
Can't connect and tech support told me to exchange the light at home depot. Who pays for the time to remove, go purchase a new light, install it and most likely have the same issues??? No controls on the light at all to override if the app isn't connecting. Absolutely horrible!

Got one, liked it so much I got another. Works as advertised, good brightness, good coverage. Only 4 stars because you can't turn it off with the app. Dim setting is not very dim.
The app is clumsy, but not as bad as some people make it out to be.
The automatic light worked somewhat for a few months but now it doesn't even turn on. The app turns off Bluetooth on my phone every time I try to turn on the light. The troubleshooting guide is a joke. Oh right, after using the light for months I don't know to turn on the switch, it's wired wrong or the fuse is blown! Really?? Really?? That's your help. How about fix your app so it works and the light should have an override to turn on even if your app doesn't know what to do - like my 15 year old "manual" motion lights do! It's time to forget buletooth controls and take everything back to get a real motion light - this is junk!

Will not find light. Two feet from it and cannot find....
Works really well for me. It just didn't show settings right away and seem to want me to set it up the second time.
Awful software Lights are great App crashes constantly
Says it will detect any lights within 70 ft. Need to climb a ladder and get within 5 ft for this app to work.
Hate paying money for subpar products.
Please add a feature that allows us to easily turn off the fixture.

Did not connect to the app. Called support ...Support told me to climb the ladder several times turning off the main power then turning the main power back on then back to the top of the 2nd floor to connect with the unit as one must be within 8 feet of the unit. All while in the phone! Support wanted me, while on the ladder to forceclose the app & try to connect the model DFI-5985-WH only to be told it's not working after several cycles of attempts that I needed to take the brand new unit down & return it.
Does not work properly wast of time and money.. Buy defiant products again? Most likely NOT!

Not worth the money what a waste will not pair every time I try to set up it tells me password has to be 4-6 characters long even though in set it with 10 characters. Will not buy another nor will I recommend
