App hasn't worked on my android tablet for a long time, tablet OS updated and reinstalled app,despite having correct log on details(they work fine on my IPhone) app will not log on. It briefly flashes loading and freezes get a similar response when I attempt to submit a query...

How come there isn't a search button? We don't want to sift through a humongous list of EVERYTHING to find what we're looking for... At least use Alphabetical Order - Plus, how about allowing us to toggle between Distance & an alphabetical listing. Sort these things out, and it'll be 5 stars.

The app is a great way of saving money but could be better in the search in local area options to let you choose what category you want ie retail or food for a example. Saying that only had my card for 6 months and saved much more than its cost me.

Absolutely pointless app. It doesnt work and hasnt done for a long time, sort it out as its a very bad advertisement for the scheme. Very poor effort, so it will be deleted (again) in one, two, three and its GONE!!

Absolute nightmare - no search and most holiday websites crash when browsing. So stressful just trying to find a weekend break - I've actually given up! Great idea in principal but needs more work to make it user friendly in my opinion.

One star given because there is no "No star" option. Tried to put the app on my phone and tablet. Gets as far as log in page, accepts my info, press log in button....Nothing! No help from the website help function.

It worked fine for a while now can't login at all, can't send login failure message can't even get a response to forgotten password! Uninstalled reinstalled cleared data and uninstalled and reinstalled! Nothing! Suspect the remember me switch is still a problem! I can login using my windows of through the web site..help! Had to re install for it to work, but ok now. Could really do with a search function, takes far too long to sift through everything for your choice i.e. kwik fit

app doesn't recognise my email. I had no problems previously using this email address. App stopped working a while back so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it again, but now it no longer recognises my email address. I have tried to to get in touch with the makers but as it doesn't recognise my email it won't let me send my complaint.

have been card member for ages, but didn't bother with the app. Holidaying near Blackpool( never been here before) and can see deals, book tickets etc when used with card brilliant, have saved a bundle......

Have attempted multiple sign ins over the last three days on my tablet and phone only to cycle round the initial sign in page and the little green loading circle... Not impressed. To top it off when you try to let someone know about it I'm still waiting over 3 days for a response to help me.

Thus was a great app. Suddenly unstopped working can't log in can't send message to say whats wrong. Now have to log in through chrome and can't use app. Sort it out! See others are having same issues glad its not me

App used to work fine and was very useful when out and about. Recently it has stopped working and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app made no difference. DDS inform me that they are having problems with the app and will update it sometime in the future.

Nearly 8 months ago I emailed the development team about the unusable virtual card on the Android app, compared with the full sized, super smooth one on the iOS app. They replied to say they were aware and were working on it. Nothing has been done and the virtual card is still useless. Couple that with the poor search facility and the result is a poor app with no support.

App fails to log in. Doesn't even do the courtesy of letting you know if you've logged in incorrectly. Can't even post feedback with the form for login problems! Seriously needs more work

App hasn't worked on my Pixel for ages, just automatic crashes. Bit disappointing really since I used to use it quite often.

Great app. Would have given it 5* but.. Your unable to search for any your company looking for. You have to scroll down through many to get the your after. Gets a bit of a pain. I can't wait for an update that will give you a search or category option. Would then change to 5*

The app could seriously use a decent search function. Also when i press back (hoping to return to the previous screen) the app closes and i have to start again. Quite frustrating

Downloads ok..but cant log on or email to tell you i cant log on then the blank screen.. on the plus side , got 20% off at krispy kreme this morning ..office full of happy ladies

So needs search facility. Very tedious to go through an endless list. Having said that i love the DDC scheme. Already saved lots.

A wide range of discounts and extremely easy to use. Apparently difficult to use for the mentally challenged, as this app does have a search function if you browse by companies.

Logged in for the first time, all was well. After that I get nothing but a white screen and nothing happens unless I delete and reinstall the app. Waste of time.

Saved me some money. There's still a lot of outlets that aren't aware of this discount scheme. I've also found that such outlets will honour the scheme with varied discounts. Don't be shy to ask ;)

Does not allow to put your password in to log in. Android. It keeps jumping back to the username section even though it is correct. It used to be fine. Now totally useless. Deleted then reinstalled. Still no joy.

As an idea it's great, but like many of the forces ideas, not fit for purpose. Needs to have a search bar and categories lists to make it usable

Needs a search option so it's easier to find the discounts that you want instead of going through the categories.

App stopped letting me log in. Turned off the remember me button and still would not let me log in. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still cannot log in or report login issue on the app. Also means i cant see the virtual card. Please get this sorted as it is a great service but having to log on on website every time is a pain. I'm on android version 5.0.2 (according to my phone)

Had no verification email and all I get is a white screen. Got in touch with D D S who manually verified my email, still no joy, despite un installing then re installing I still only get a white screen. Have even clicked on forgotten password when I last installed this app just in case I was using the wrong password, a message page an email had been sent. Still waiting for the email.

It used to work perfectly until recently, it does not recognise any details, I've uninstalled and re installed without any luck, so many problems like this encountered by members, please correct.

Registered via website, got my card. Now downloaded the app..... unable to log in, unable to get to faq's, unable to ask for help.... In the military vernacular.... pants!

Looked good. It remembered my password! It told me the password was wrong!! Blank white screen every time. Uninstalling.

Wouldn't load past white screen. Re installed and now it won't load past 'powered by titanium screen. Useless.

The app so obviously needs a search facility - the present "lists" aren't good enough and it puts me off using it. You need a search box so that I can check if a particular shop offers a discount - I don't want to search through a huge long random list. Also it would be a great help if all the shops were grouped and sorted into headline categories to make it easier to find who gives a discount based on what you are looking for - e.g clothing, electrical, computers, utilities, household goods etc.

Offers a range of headings but not very user friendly. Could be made easier to navigate. Main things should include, but not be exclusive, clothing, food, health, travel, insurance, finance

Had no email to verify the account now all I get is a white screen even after deleting it then downloading it again.

On galaxy s4 5.0.1 I get the dds splash screen, which fades to a white screen then nothing. Not particularly happy with that.

It's good enough for me - it's doing what it should. All features working fine although map links can be slow to respond. Not an issue, though. Better than being without.

I am a duffer when it comes to technology. I downloaded app without much fuss. Tried to log on and I have the first page no problems. Then the dreaded white screen and nothing else! Like I said I'm hopeless at the technology around now but even I can spot a problem. Any ideas? Please don't baffle me with cutting this and pasting that as I will only be pushed to deleting the application which I really don't want to do.
