I tried uploading the bills many times after the new upgrade but it doesn't aceepts. Tried redeem chips but app closes automatically... plz fix this problem i want my money back

Downloaded app with great enthusiasm. Uploaded bills with great expectations but when went to redeem the chips , app closing forcefully. Reported the issue so many times but no one responded and even after two months, no resolution. Pls don't install !!

I have lost count of the number of times I've sent error reports. I think it's too long a time to fix the bug. Initially I liked this app because I could redeem talktime out of the chips. Later the only two things that came on the list were two online stores.

This app is not working.. No need to install it if you install you sgould becme a fool like us.. I can't able.to redeem chips and I have more than 1000 points. Please remove this app from Google play store.

Worst app ever... Uninstalled... Suggesting not to download and waste ur time on dis app.. Multiple issues and these ppl r least bothered to have a look out of it..

Worked good initially, but later on started showing multiple issues; at times, the bill was accepted but 0 coins credited. The customer support doesn't respond to mails sent even through their own website. And now the app crashes on clicking 'redeem chips'

Changes from 1-3-1 stars over a course of time I think now I suggest my friend circle to uninstall

You guys promise something and didn't deliver a piece of it. Never bothered about your customers when they try to seek some help or assistance, but ready to plead to install your apps and use it. Pure example of how a start up should not operate.

App crashes every time I move to Redeem chips page. Essentially I cannot redeem any for now!

If we open Redeem page it is showing error. Fix it I will give u 5 Stars

Initially it was a good app.but nowadays I don't know why I have this app unable to redeem chips.. Worst

App crashes as soon as you open redeem page. Reported this issue more than 10 times. No response from their team.

After 2 months.. I cant redeem chips now. After clicking on redeem chips, app is closing forcefully. I reported issue but they dont even bother to reply.

This app is really useless because u can't redeem ur chips which u have earned by uploading ur bills. It keeps on crashing every time u click on "Redeem chip". There costumer support is of no use or I guess it's not there only.

I asked about a problem via mailing you guys and I got a related reply too. But, after India completed half of its Mars mission! Yeah, it took almost 1 month for you guys to reply! Plus, you guys cheat so well! Flipkart and amazon vouchers could be redeemed at 500 chips. When I reached close to 500, it showed they can be redeemed at 699! Then, when I got 699, these vouchers disappeared! AND, you guys gave a f***ing 500 voucher for 699 chips! People, I am not bragging but I found CROWN IT much much better.

Pathetic experience. The app crashes on trying to Redeem the vouchers. This issue has been there for more than a month now. Complained a no. Of times but no response from the customer support team. The app is unstable. All of a sudden, it started hiding voucher codes which stopped me from using them. Also, it is frequently changing conversation rate of chips. Reducing their value on every update. That's not cool. Worst app.

Your update has screwed you app. Whenever i try to click redeem the app crashes. Please Fix and then i will update my rating.

Three months back I used the app and was happy to redeem coin for mobile recharge. I decided to save coins for redeeming forb myntra voucher. But for a long time now the app stops responding as soon as I go to redeem page. Useless app

Clicking on redeem chips results in multiple crashes.. Before this update no coupons were available..multiple issue reports sent. No action till yet

In the beginning there are almost 6 different vouchers to redeem but day by day it is getting worse and now it is WORST. There are no coupons to redeem from last 7 days. I saw many reviews saying almost the same but i don't understand why you people never respond to those reviews. Now it is crashing after update.

I am not able to login via the only login type you have provided which is Facebook.

I guess the Deal has not worked out for DealOCX. They might be done with this app now. One of the worst app I have ever come across. 1. They don't bother to reply to may of your doubts. 2. Post wrong points against genuine bills 3. Cancelled bills saying wrong restaurant though it was of the same restaurant. 4. Never bothers to reply when asked the same. I believe hen someone is running a organisation on a public forum they should atleast have professional and moral ethics to value a feedback or a doubt of a person serviced.

I collected chips of more than 500/- now on Clicking redem chips app is crashing . No use just time waste and memory waste . Hope they will resolve it soon otherwise gonna uninstall it also referred to 10 more friends now suggesting to just junk it .

Earlier I was able to redeem chips but now when I try to redeem the app automatically closes and there are only one or two venders where I can redeem my chips earlier

Its useless app, after collected chips, not able to convert as gift voucher, its keep on crashing... Reported multiple times, but no response... Totally waste of time...

Really they are cheating u once u collect some points shows as something wrong ..... And it will never work again ..... My sincere suggestion don't install and don't become a fool ..

App is bad u will upload ur bills and the time u want to redeem the chips it will throw an error is not responding everything else will work fine only that part redeem chips will not respond . simply making fool and using your data pack for their publicity . I also tried reinstalling the app. But same results . bad app

Cant even upload a bill now as the app crashes as soon as i try to upload. Fake app. Just cheating people for information.

The latest update has a problem.Whenever you try to redeem chips the app crashes. This problem is not only experienced by me but my friends too.Fix this problem if you want a change of rating! Plus you don't even have f*****g courtesy to reply to the reviews.Screw u Dealocx!

It's almost 2 and a half months since there are no vouchers to redeem. If you are not ready to provide the promised services, then don't bother opening the company. You have just wasted our time on collecting the chips without any benefit of that. At least send some notification to users whether your company is being shut down or what.
