App forgets client Id every other time I try to view my paystub. 9 times out of 10 I have to wait for it to hit my bank to see the amount because I can't get into the app because it won't recognize my client Id which is auto populated. I give it -1000 stars. Don't waste your time. It's beyond frustrating!!!!

This app was able to show me one (1) pay stub. After that no matter what file I selected it was always the same thing, "can't open file". Not even the same it opened once before. A complete waste of time.

The app says I have an invalid client id when I know it to be correct. Its useless if I cant sign in. Fix it for 5 star rating back

This app is garbage. I have 14 documents which should all be different pay stubs but it's just several copies of the same 2 pay stubs. Worst app ever !

Says client ID is invalid. Have been using the app for a bit. CID has not changed.

Forced to use this by payroll/hr. Has its ups and then it's down. Worked fine a few days ago, now only tells me invalid cient id. Can't even access my pay through their web portal. What the hell?

It allows me to sign in it a few times, then without me making any changes, it says invalid Client id. I uninstall and install several times and it still doesn't work.

I tried my client ID a few times, a few different ways and it kept saying it was invalid. I work for Regis so not sure if it's DocAgent or Regis but it was very frustrating. I uninstalled.

worse app ever! it never shows that up to date pay stubs and its very frustrating... it only shows the first stub you ever received... if you company is thinking about switching to this company don't do it!

If I go for weeks without using it..then try to log on it states wrong client id..even though it's correct

never works right, it looses your login infomation and I could never log into the app, even after talking to our support.

about every other time I try to log in it says invalid client id so I check it right and still can't get in

This app use to be great but here lately my paycheck stubs haven't been loading on the same days. Heck my pay is being deposited in my account before it posts my stub. Please fix this.

Garbage. When you tme out it won't let you back in so you have to uninstall the app.

Not user friendly in the least. Wish I still was on the old systems!

Its been 3 years since update...can't work on my new phone.

Can't even spell logging out properly when hit the log out button

I never see this kind app.

Very handy to use, especially if I'm not at work. Btw, the message box that appears when you log out has a spelling error. It says "Loging out", but should be " Logging out".

I've tried numerous times to set up my info and continuously get the message "Log in failed". I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Tried to send an email for help from the link in the info section and it came back that it was deemed as spam. Not impressive

Can't read pay stubs on note 5, pdfs show up missing tons of letters and when I click a new stub it keeps showing the last. I gave it 2 stars because it worked on my last device s4.

It's crap. It doesn't work and I can't view my documents. It's shows up with 000000 all through the document.

Client id does not work

There should not be a client ID to docagent , I can't log in so please fix or remove the client ID to get through. Thanks

Never had any problem before be lately only getting all zeros when trying to view my paycheck

This app sucks. You can never log it.

I'd much rather receive my w2s and checks on paper but this is a fairly faulty alternative. Its hard to read the check stubs even when zoomed in. Seems like everyone with this app is having some kind of trouble

Glitchy. .. will not let you look at more than one pay stub without having to close and reopen everytime. Does not close properly and pops back up when it wants to.

Every time I use this app and I log out of it, it keeps interrupting anything I'm doing and pops back up. What the heck is going on ???? PLZ FIX!!

This is NOT letting me log in, no matter what I do. I've changed the password about 3 times now, and it just says "login failed".

I have to use this stupid app to see my pay stubs and w2 for my work now I can't even see it everytime I click on something it just crash I deleted it then reinstalled it and still have the same problem this is bullshit waste of time!!

I use this app to check my paystub. Every time I access this app it gives me an error message. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to gain access. This is getting very frustrating. Please fix this bug!
