It was fixed after clearing the gallery data and restarting.

I have a tablet running ICS and this app does nothing.

Useless. If u dun have time 2 maintain it, disable installs for users with Android 4.4+ or remove from GP completely

It claims to have done something, but nothing about my phone changed in any way, shape or form. The only positive was the freed up space after uninstalling this seemingly useless waste of space.

I was having trouble with files downloaded via torrent on my Transformer not showing up in Windows. This worked like a charm.

Custom roms dont have a very thorough media scanner, especially right after changing files but they weren't visible in other places. This app fixes that issue and allows my media to refresh in a few seconds

does what it says, i was not able to find the newly added music in the music player. after running this i can see all the files. works great!!

Very good app but latest versions does't work on my phone anymore.

Although the application is perfect. But I think there should be a feature to trigger it automatically after a set duration. If this can be added, it will be more perfect. And if possible use a new icon!!

After i downgraded my phone, the music player didn't show up the arts then I download this and voila ! The arts just show up !

This could be a very handy tool for ppl who recieve media files from the public/clients. Lightweight app also!

Won't run on 4.4.2 on my Acer tablet. Crashes upon starting it, "Unfortunately the process has stopped". Same deal with Lollipop on my phone. Don't bother installing.

WITHOUT EVEN STARTING. MAYBE IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE S6 EDGE. DOESN'T WORK AT ALL FOR ME. DELETING

It doesn't work at all on my Samsung Galaxy Grand. All it shows a black screen with some msg with an OK button. Wen I press dat OK button nothing happens. Does it really scan media from Internal memory. there is no Option nothing. Only OK button. ??? confused. plz help.

Scan media has stopped. Android 4.4.2

On my Samsung Galaxy S5 mini running stock Android 4.4.2 (rooted) it doesn't work. It just force closes and says "Unfortunately scan media has stopped" and it doesn't do anything at all. A fix would be very much appreciated
