Keep asking me to setup digital token but keep failing, making it impossible to use without carrying physical token. Ridiculous... At least give me the option to skip the digital token setup!

Adhoc transfer timeout yet when through and deducted. High battery use location is irritating. PayNow can't amend display name. Login page is not in scrollable view. fingerprint login with Xperia Z5 is superb. Every things just slow on Xperia Z5 5.1.1. Still looking out (probably less clicking) that justify adding more stars. Great now it supports user id changes after so many years.

The app is so stiff and slow to use. I can barely type anything in the feedback section after logging out, and took me nearly 5 mins plus to get a simple transfer done. It was excruciating.

SOLVED: Not able to get digital token to work.. HOW? I'm using Xiaomi x4, simply go to app manager, look for this posb app, under permission, ensure it gets all the permission, apparently for my phone there were some permission that was set as not allowed. Developer of this app: may be useful to tell user why u can't get digital token to be setup, show a message maybe can't get permission, so we have a clue, for the longest time I assume it's Xiaomi fault.. maybe it is but glad there is a workaround..

Using huawei mate 10 pro but the interface doesnt seems to work properly all the icon show weird characters

New version can't log in by fingerprints anymore and consider not a full digital apps

The app doesnt work. Keep stopping. The older version was much better. Why change to something that's not working?

Worst mobile banking app in Singapore. Very disappointing. Slow as hell.

Can't view my transactions. Atm withdrawal, NETS transactions etc. Keep telling me " no transactions available " no matter which account or time period selected. Slow & laggy.

The slowest banking app I have ever used, and I have used many. No improvement over the last year.

Super SLOW in loading the app. Why Posb wants to load so much stuffs on first page. A failed app in my opinion.

Make monthly bill payment easier. Nowadays AXS machine is getting lesser and lesser. This app helps me to pay bill easier, and also make fund transfer bank to bank easier, don't have to look for ATM. Only problem is that I can't remember the outstanding amount for all my bills. When using AXS, the AXS will retrieve the outstanding amount of my bills, but using this app would not. You have to remember the amount you need to pay. By the way, can this app top up ezlink card?

Latest update has been very laggy even for mid tier phones, reaching the point of being unusable.

The app lags. The landing page is loading lots of information. I am also using UOB app and it's fast. Please try to fix it

App is poorly optimised imo.. super laggy as tho i have 50 other apps running at the same time..

After I did the new update, I couldn't even go to the log in screen. Instead a pop up notification saying "unfortunately, posb stopped". After trying to uninstall the app and reinstall again, it's still the same problem. Please fix this problem.

Good app and its very useful to me. But what happen if i accidentally apply two debit card? And actually i applied debit card on 1st week of feb 2018 but i haven't receive a debit card 'till now.

How can I use the app when the website is faster? Despite numerous feedbacks, the same slow app remains. Ocbc app does not lag, so there's something that posb app developers do not get it.

The new update made having to wait for each and every OTP a pain in the ass because this app was already slow and now it's even slower than before. The auto log out timing is also non adjustable and logs out so quickly when I'm trying to confirm something else, and the next thing that happens, another. OTP.

I liked the thumbprint to login. Why did you remove it, bring it back!! It's such a hassle now to keep typing in the passwords

After the recent update. The apps is wrong, it show weird wording, coding wrong I think... Please do fix it, is a good apps...

I simply don't understand, what so great about finger print login and why forcing people to use it? Why so rigid? What so special about it? Can the it justify for it's reasons?

The app keeps crashing when ever i want to make a transfer. And i have to log in again. After i re uninstall and redownload again it still keeps crashing. Please fix it.

After using this app. I have a deduction of $20 unnecessarily. Its also troublesome to contact the CSO to clear the matter

After they update the app it become very very very hang and laggy on the system. Used for few months but yet to rectify the problem. Make so many error mistake due to the lagging while processing fund transfer or any other service on it.

What's wrong with the update, weird coding that has fk on it. Fix it asap pls
