Keep lagging n crash

The app keeps crashing. I have tried the same steps multiple times now Insights - Equity - Any Share - Buy - Crash!

It's really a crime that DBS has created such a terrible app The person in charge (and that person's boss) should be fired. I can't even get to the login page let alone login. DBS should be ashamed of such low standard for their premium customers. It's not as if they are not aware of the problems associated with this app. I've read reviews of customers with the same problem as I'm having more than 6 months ago. My conclusion? DBS just doesn't care...

DBS apparently don't really care about their customers anymore. after so many bad reviews after so many months, nothing has been done to fix all the outstanding issues - doesn't allow fingerprint access, doesn't allow me to use the digital token. this is a degraded version of the standard dbs mobile banking apps. we must be so 'privilege' to be forced to use such crabby software

Hate it that I'm forced to use this app just because DBS thinks I'm too good to use the normal Digi bank app. Ironically this app is faring even worser than the normal app in ratings. Good way to piss off your premium customers DBS. And it keeps crashing on my phone, is this even tested properly?

Keeps booting me out after I log in. I even re-installed the app and it is still the same. What in the world happened to this app?

Slow, unresponsive, constantly requires updates, and is painful to use. Scrap this rubbish and just use the website.

Slow, bloated, bad UI/UX design.

Poor. It is easier to get a cab during *change shift* time when its raining than use this app. I would say avoid but you can't. Made as DBS must hate its customers

Worst app After updated lost the finger print access digi bank. Better don't update. Poor standard and underrated

Terrible. So many bugs. Always some feature or another not working. Not professional grade.

Keeps hanging, please give me back the old dbs app, don't upgrade me to a shittier app, thanks

Hangs when I try to transfer money

Worst app I've ever downloaded. It requires fingerprint verification multiple times for different steps but after verification they take you back to the homepage and you have to start all over again. Also, I definitely selected the option "don't ask me again" for the pop ups, but the same pop ups occur. It is not difficult to build a good, simple app in this day and age - dbs shld have the resources to get this done right. It's a disgrace.

I have not even managed to register yet as it's so tedious & not practical. For DOB, it does not allow me to enter manually but instead select from calendar - which defaults at current day, mth & year. And I have to use the back arrow to move through the years, going month by month. Can you imagine how long & tedious this is as obviously I wasn't born in the 2000s. Aargh!!

App is full of bugs. DBS should have better standards.

Incredibly buggy even by financial-apps-are-buggy standards. Freezes, unexpectedly exits, multiple attempts at logins etc

Banking transactions can't be performed. The app just hangs after selecting "Transfer/PayNow". Sucks.

It looks to me the system has been intercepted n very unsure whether the app is genuine.

No update no problem. Everytime update full of problems.

My last attempt to update was unsuccessful, just freezes there at 100%. Try again today, still the same and my device became sluggish which forces me to restart my device. Miraculously, the app got installed without me going back to Play Store. Strange experience, doesn't feel good but I am happy to be able to use the app again.

It is really a very useful application. I use it very often, especially transfering money

Difficult to log in?

The previous iBanking app was so much faster and useful. Not sure why a change was needed. This is now very slow and not user friendly. Hope they reinstate the older version.

It keeps saying that my phone has security issues. It's a new phone with original Android. It just refused to work.

Slow. I can't even proceed with the old app without upgrading to this. Hate this. Agreed with other users. App hangs right after SMS stage.

There is no reason for this banking app to access my contacts, media, or calendar. Very poorly thought out app.

Worked for 1 day and then consistently complained that my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has security issues and forced me to quit, and contact Samsung. But I am able to install and use Posb and previous dbs for years app without security problem! Clearly a bug with false positive security issue. Please fix the bug.

Terrible app. Can't even log in. Kept complaining that my galaxy s7 is not secure and to contact phone manufacturer. Contacted Samsung and they says there's a bug in the software.

Very lousy app. Can't even make payment for my bills. Just auto close everytime.

Frustrating app, poor performance, and forces you to share your contacts.

If PayLah! is in this app, then it can replace the current DBS SG app, if not......
