One of the worst customer services I have ever gone through. ONCE YOU LOAD WALLET YOU CAN'T PROBABLY TRANSFER ANYWHERE AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LOT. WOULD APPRECIATE IF THIS COULD BE REMOVED FROM PLAY STORE COMPLETELY.

its completely wrong decision to stop bank transfer, other wallet giving this service with normal transfer charges. I am digibank account holder and you can use my digibank account KYC for KYC complition purpose. make it in system.

Not good..... i am KYC customer...All features in App locked inside after logging in and no support or reply. They have become very arrogant now.

I am not able to my balance into bank account... Locked in wallet.. why trying to do KYC error occurred try again later always showing... What the hell it is?

Guys plz don't install this app .. it's completely fraud.. once you loaded cash you can not transfer anywhere. The amount locked inside this app and getting error while updating KYC. @google please remove this app from play store ASAP.. if u have doubt plz check by loading 1 rupee. Thanks

Cannot use for any kind of payments. after loading amount to wallet, virtual card is not working, bank transfer not allowed. Customer care exists for namesake.

Waste App. Virutal debit card payment fails at the VISA 3DS Page. Money loaded into the wallet is stuck. This App should be removed from playstore.

The app is nice and it is exact similar to DBS digibank app. But to upgrade wallet it's very disappointing. Already am verified with my aadhar for DBS bank, so why should I again upgrade by verifying with fingerprint and all. U can an option like upgrade via DBS for a customer who is already verified with ur partner.

All good. Wallet that allows imps/neft transfer and then gives virtual debit card too. But for a failed transaction my Rs 1500 is stuck. No proper customer service. Chat is buggy.

Horrible service. I tried adding reliance energy as the payee with correct credentials...more than 5 times...all I get an sms stating some unknown error occured. Pathetic...

You told me to Kindly raise your query via 'File a Complaint' under Help & Support on your RuPiZo app.For ur kind notice there is no any option or tab of "File a Complaint" in rupizo app. First it saying to create an account and creating a account is the main problem

No difference between kyc and non kyc users. App support worst. Transaction limited to 20000 for kyc users also does not change even after call support mail or twitter

Poor customer support, blackspot on digital wallet. Most of the website decline not supporting this types of payment. Female executives of customer support are uneducated and don't have good behaviour how to talk with customer.
