I am unable to login into my account from many days. Every time I got the oops error. And auto help tool is nothing but waste of time. There is no proper cc service to help customers ????????????☹️. Also I did all the things mentioned. Like clear the cache and uninstall and reinstall the app. But it didn't work anymore ????????????????
The app isn't opening at all after the last update. The developers must look into it immediately. It is an app that handles bank accounts, it is really sluggish, crashes repeatedly and fails to load half the content. It's really unexpected to have such a horrible app for a bank that has such an amazing concept.
Currently I'm using DBS as default banking. But the app is not that good. It is very slow even after so many updates! Pressing the physical back button doesn't work. The software back arrow on the app has to be pressed. Opening some menus are so laggy you touch twice. But then it goes to a different page as it catches both touches. The design of the app is great, if only it worked faster.
Really good improvement in the app slowness, all the features are Really good. Now faster and better.. Only one feedback.. statement option should be "from date" to " To date" all bank app provides this option... Also transfer to alpha numeric account should be allowed.. 5 stars for now..
Need dam development in app The irritating app Cant able to link UPI Bank is not selecting as i click on it. Developers please try more hard and work properly on this app Need lots of improvement and smoothness. Make it more user friendly.
Ok so about the app the app is not smooth browsing the app takes a lot time and especially login time it's way too long beside this the app is good provide most of the services but hilarious thing is all the offers Available in digibank debit card is already expired but still services are good but need imporvement in app usability
Great banking experience. Great app. It has all the banking features of transfer. Need to improve the assistant it waste don't help us if we have any query related to transaction. Rest all is good.
Estatement doesn't give full narration for transactions for top op debit card and top up net banking, so not show clear picture from where fund is coming, customer service team is not ready to listen client query. Till now same issue persists. 07.01.2018
Unable to login since I have updated my android to noughat. Getting error for unable to register new device due to some technical reasons.
Impressive and Innovative concept of Digital Banking. But sad to say it has no authorized centres in all Indian states for fingerprint verification. PayTm succeeded in this area..
It could be more better if you can improve your app speed. It's taking more time to login in app and after login if selecting any option speed is very slow
The fd section of this app isn't working... Em unable to terminate my FD.... Plenty of customers are facing this issue but still the technical team hasn't fixed it
Services are good ,but need verification availability in all partner stores in all city ,like cafe coffee day, here available in kota Rajsthan ,but verification is not available .And app is slow .

I am just having the dbs wallet. Virtual visa card is not working at paytm, freecharge, payzapp, tikona, phonepe etc. My 1500 bucks is stuck in the wallet. Please help me to withdraw money back to my bank account.

The idea is very unique and interesting but the app disappoints ui is not so impressive,app is very low and sometimes it doesn't open at all.the app has to uninstall and install again leading to wastage of data usage.
Not able to login to this app even after regular cache clearing and uninstalling and reinstalling multiple time. Getting error message during login . "SORRY DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE CANNOT LOG YOU IN NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER " I couldn't login even once after i submit my KYC and done fingerprint verification. Worst banking app ever.
Unable to get debit card, why you can't send debit card by courier, it is saying dbs branch is not in your city can't sent to this address.
After updating the app today it will stop working in Moto x4 , unable login, need ur help

I am holding an account with digibank and I am 60% satisfied with what I actually demand from a savings account. Just 2-3 missing thing is there like there is no option of credit card bill payment, fund adding option is limited to very few banks only and utility bill payment is also very limited. Hoping for the tie-ups from your side with other banks and merchants for the same on timely basis.
