Digital token doesn't work. VTap fails to launch. I have to carry around another token... and your tokens are massive and can't be attached to a keychain... listen to your customers DBS!! Update 12/2/2018 App still doesn't work properly after some update. Had to reinstall twice and still not working. If you are a small business, avoid this account and set up a normal SME chequing account. So much easier to use and pay people.

Fails to start vtap and does not allow me to log in. Upon starting the app on a Samsung Android phone, there is the following message, "Threat Detected. Vguard has detected the following threats: ScreenCast.ANDROID.AirDroid. For your safety, we have disabled Digital Token functionality".

Vtap failed to start again. Can't believe that a business app could fail so frequently...

Failed to start vtap. Couldn't generate otp... So the whole so became useless... please settle immediately.

VTap issue. Just like everyone else. I think you should seriously consider refreshing your developer team. Thinking about bringing this to a business tools review column.

Why the digital token can't be use in Samsung Android phones? Why iOS phones can have the digital token functions.

Vtap. Don't bother call customer service just ask u Uninstall n install. Should opt for token instead

I key in all my codes, no error message is received, but the app loops back to starting point and transaction is not approved. I've updated this app 3 times in 18 months. It hasn't worked once. Never went past the token linking function. Hopeless

Terribly unreliable. Ended up not being able to access my account most of the time due as I couldn't get the app to generate a OTP Edit: after DBS's reply, the same problem exists. Reached our to DBS BusinessCare but there was nothing they could do.

I need to send a payment to someone and upon checking the box "approve now and submit immediately", and generating all the code and entering the response, I'm getting the error "challenge authentication failed from MARS". I've tried thrice now. Frustrating.

This app is not compatible with Oreo and I had issues with even with Nougat version too.. In Oreo, Vtap start is always failed. Always saying Vtap error.. With this lagged app, how can we even get token for accessing the accounts?? Poor service by the team.

Why the app need root su right? To control the phone?!

Some time Couldn't log in at all and some time unable to verified phone. This apps is unreliable. If we transact at counter, DBS will charge us $20 admin charge. You want us to use online transaction but your apps is so unreliable and unstable.

It has been a month and I still cannot log in using this app. At first I thought my account was gone. Then I realise I can still log on using my PC. That means this app must have been disabled. Wasted all the time trying to find out what went wrong.

Guys - please for goodness sake, fix your token generation. Every single time I am unable to login because the app is unable to get accurate time. It's ridiculous that I can't even do a simple thing as check account balance because of this.

Worst app. For the longest time vtàp error and token firmware error code appearing. With the physical token, this app is useless. Amazing to see how long DBS can face so much criticism for the longest period and do nothing about it.

Can't login. Completely pointless if u can't login. If they can't even get this basic requirement, I question their ability to keep our money safe from hackers. I will be switching banks at my earliest convenience.

Constant failure to use online tokens. After multiple installation still face issues like time do not match or some other error. Customer Care psoepl ask to uninstall and install​ all the time. They need to do a better Job on their app management.

Ridiculous! Can't even link my device after I change a new phone? I can't even access to the digital token. Seems like dbs don't even bother to do anything about it.

75% of the time the app doesn't start. It will always say 'failed to load OTP' when I'm trying to use it as a digital token as advertised. Even when you're in, you can't do functions like transfer funds without your original physical token. If you're gonna advertise yourself as the 'best digital bank' please sort out this app for SME accounts.

It was super easy to log in prevoiusly and i manage to check the incoming fund frm customer instantly. But dunno why this few weeks really frustrated me as it super difficult to log in. After log in it suddenly log out by it self. The provider need to look into this serously.

Waste of my time. So many errors to login. Still can't able to access my company account. Asking money for any kind of transaction. Please didn't use ...we are not so big company. Each dollar we need to work hard...didnt ....

Have not be able to generate the security token for the past few days and it is getting difficult for me the work since I need to login to work about thrice per day.... Kindly assist

Can't get the OTP… stupid error message. If the app doesn't work please let me use the old token, we need to get our job done!

Given feedback many times and still having same problems. They don't seem to bother with it, it's a trash.
