the app sucks. and they immediately removed my review. so here I am again asking- WHICH IDIOT MADE A PRESS STATEMENT THAT THE APP STILL WORKS? worse still, how much did you pay the app developer for this? 1. "remember me" doesn't work 2. there's no exit button 3. no way to send complaint without picture 4. no way to upload picture from gallery 5. the guy on the toll free line has no idea about this app. I mean, seriously you guys?

After 3 month of report complaint. They called me and tell me that they 'just' received my complaint. And ask me to give more detail location etc where I already key in the system.

The app is inconvenience, not able to use back button to exit the app. Also, make it to be able to check for status of other complaint.

for photo attachments. not user friendly, why only on the spot snap picture. pls refine take photo from photo gallery

It was working initially but now I cannot login. It says wrong user name /password

Wasting tax payer money. Forever said id and password do not match and hang

I cannot log in.. after change password also cannot log in.. keep saying my username and password is invalid not match.

Registered and it says successful, but logging in with the same credentials doesn't work. Deleting now.

failed to register after key in all the info. frustrated

Really bad user experience

After the latest update, I'm stuck on the sending complaint page. Please help to fix it. Thanks.

Remember my username email and password by write it in paper.. ITS WORKING!! To avoid u from miss type ur email and password, just write it in paper.. lol...

I registered but cannot log in! Unusable and waste of time. Dunno what silly mistake Mun Bulan talking about. Logged in using email and password that I registered but rejected. More like Mun Bulan only knows how to make silly comments. Anyway I am uninstalling this app.

Please remember your email and possword to avoid such a silly mistake..
