About La Mia Banca
La Mia Banca is the official Deutsche Bank Italy app, dedicated to account and db contocarta holders, to allow access and operations via smartphones and tablets.
Here are the main features of the application :
- Accounts and relationship: have a global vision of your services, check the balance and transactions on your bank account and db contocarta and monitor the investment products in your portfolio
- Credit cards: verify the movements and the balance of your credit cards
- Money transfers : make transactions with your bank account or your db contocarta, revoke ongoing money transfers, check the money transfers carried out in the last 12 month and search for beneficiaries and transaction details within this list
- Payments: make a mobile top-up, pay your postal bills, execute a MAV/RAV and check the payment history anywhere, anytime
- My Documents: consult documentation received from your bank
- Find us : find out where the nearest branches, offices, db self banking terminals or ATMs are and how to reach them
- News and Social : keep you informed on the latest financial and top news as well as receive latest feeds from social media
- Contact us and FAQ : easily find phone numbers and useful information, or to ask for support
- Tour: Watch our app turorial to better understand and be able to fully use all features of the app
La Mia Banca is available in Italian, English and German .
To access La Mia Banca, you must have activated the db Interactive Home Banking service and use its access codes.
If you have not subscribed to db Interactive, you can contact your branch or your financial advisor . If you have activated the service but you have lost your access codes , you can call Customer Service on 02 6995 option 2, or send an email to db.interactive @ db.com .
For security reason the app will not run on rooted devices.

Inutile! Sempre con questo insulso blocco per gli smartphone rootati. Probabilmente i vostri sviluppatori non sanno cosa si intenda x rootare un dispositivo, altrimenti bloccherebbero anche tutti gli utenti con la password di Windows :(

Ho installato una rom personalizzata sul mio telefono e ora l'applicazione non funziona più, basterebbe mettere un messaggio di warning in cui l'utente si assume le sue responsabilità. Ma detto questo l'applicazione dovrebbe poter essere utilizzata anche su dispositivi con root o ROM non certificate da Google.

If you are a root user you cannot log into the app. There is no possibility to soft unroot the device and log in. Moreover, form a non rooted device, you cannot make a screen shot of the app.

Let's start by saying that there's not one thing to criticize about the services and the security offered by Deutsche. The app is amazing, it is easy to use and works perfectly. It has never crashed. Great job!!

Edit: Nell'ultima versione non funziona di nuovo con root. Dall'ultimo aggiornamento su Cyanogenmod impedisce l'avvio perché dice di aver rilevato un dispositivo rooted anche se non lo è. Capisco l'iniziativa ma avete bloccato un intero servizio a causa di un falso allarme.

I've been smoothly using the app for more than an year but after updating to the last release the app says "this app cannot run on a jailbreaked/rooted device" even if my device is neither jailbreaked not rooted. Please fix it. In the meantime how can I revert to the previous perfectly working release?

Need to add notice of current balance immediatly after withdraw Not after 2 days.recharge Phone credit with the app Not only via the main site.Pay off bills faster.etc secondly we need to be notified when a payment is made on our accounts eg monthly salary notice via SMS, if we can block a payment out of error by the app instead of going to the bank. App not accessable after update. Claims phone rooted or jailbreaked.

Impossible to pay energy (enel energia) and gas with this app, no barcode scanner, updates for your "actual SALDO" is too late, not impressed, every month I have to transfer the money to another bank to pay my bills with my cell phone (poste mobile)

Segnalo applicazione in crash costante dopo l'aggiornamento su Samsung Galaxy s3 gt i9300. Il problema persiste anche disinstallando l'app e riavviando il telefono.
