Best workout app. And it's the only leg workout I could find, the others are squat or butt. It has 4 calendars, for beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert. The number of reps doesn't increase fast, so you don't hurt your muscles. It has reminder, instructions, pictures and general health tips. Couldn't be better

I like it so far but I am confused. For things like lunges or anything where you do one leg at a time, when it says to do "18" lunges, does that mean 18 altogether or 18 per leg? Will rate 5 when I get an answer. Thanks!
