Hello Rfit apps i really loved this app because of this app i became buffed and Hot! And i look pretty baddass so thank you Rfit apps to all of u reading this this app really is a recommended app FOR SURE! but theres one thing thats missing i think you should add what kinds of food to eat and drink but overall Great app
It just won't start. I have installed it and every time I open it, it crashes.
This app is great it got my arms big while on down time at work . If you take your time to do this app right results are guaranteed.

Voice coach would be nice. And a full body program is missing.Good app for beginners.please make one super app that has all workouts.

I really loved this app it's only been five days and I'm already seeing a major difference I would really recommend using this app!!! :)
It has poor content ,so little exercises ,and very simple and basic stuff not much to rate high
This AP is a good motivator . It allows You to progress at a non-intimidating pace . I have recommended to friends .

There are 4 different calendars with 30 days of workout EACH: beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert. You have 4 months of workout right there. From day 1 to day 2 (and day 2 to 3, and so on) it doesn't add to many reps, so your muscles get used to it slowly, and you don't push them to the point were you start damaging them. The health tips are a great plus. Best workout app if you ask me
