Well, I had high hopes for this app. The routines seemed simple and not terribly rigorous for a beginner, but then while scrolling through the health tips, I saw prayer mentioned as being healthy. Nope. Coulda kept that bit out. I don't need magic, I need science. Uninstalled

It only has repetition of few exercises with small difficulty differences. Try the app 30 day fitness challenge instead, many different things to train and less ads. Compared to that, this is garbage.

The difficulty is nicely suited for those of any level of fitness, and the incline in difficulty is gradual enough to not over work oneself while still pushing the limits of durability and strength. Will doing the next difficulty level for sure!

I love, I just started the program and I've already seen a difference it is challenging but relaxing. It is only a five minute workout that anybody can do anytime.
