30 Day Abs Workout Challenge for Android
It only has repetition of few exercises with small difficulty differences. Try the app 30 day fitness challenge instead, many different things to train and less ads. Compared to that, this is garbage.
The difficulty is nicely suited for those of any level of fitness, and the incline in difficulty is gradual enough to not over work oneself while still pushing the limits of durability and strength. Will doing the next difficulty level for sure!
I am the 29th day but now I dont know how I should continue after this challenge, I did intermediate but chosing pro wouldnt help because at the end you only go up with around 25 more situps or something. What should I do? I want to eventually become a bodybuilder I love sporting I do it daily. Please help me, I can't seek for help around here with this...
Soo, my 1st day. Is it normal that the first two workouts are straining my back instead of abs? Please give me a feedback
My friend tried it out and it didnt work for him. But im doing it and it is really working. (I lost 10 pounds).
So far it's been great, I can really feel those muscles being worked. It's a good workout. I do have a question though, are all of your apps intended/compatible for using at the same time?
This app is 100% working I have already got my 4 abs and it's only been 17 days who knows what will happen on the 30 day
I love, I just started the program and I've already seen a difference it is challenging but relaxing. It is only a five minute workout that anybody can do anytime. It's really awesome I just turned twelve and I've been meaning to get in shape, and this is the perfect way to get the abs that I want.
I'm Working on my abs and its been 10 days since i installed this app and I'm really enjoying using this app! The day wise schedule is challenging and i like it. Hope it does wonders for me...
U cant make abs in 30 days but its really use full it works I have got 3 n half abs I am happy
To the people complaining about their backs sit ups and crunches work the lower back as well as your abs
Just started, seems pretty good, however the exercises are the same for every day, so it can be slightly boring but they get harder each day.
If your up for challenges than this is your app...and if you want abs than do it.
Really well made. Maybe to many ads it does kinda ruin it but otherwise a great app definitely recommend it!
On the first day I did 20 crunches instead of ten and I was in pain and the pain temporarily disabled my hearing but im OK it's a good app for work out
It is amazing! Its really good to build up your abs and I have downloaded the 7 Min wightloss app by them I put the two together and boom Perfect body
Very good for people who are fed up with there old body's and want a challenge and yes it will be hard but at the end you will get what you were looking for
It's OK but I've done it for 20 days and haven't burned too much and in not fat of chubby I have only 1 inch of fat.
Good app because I already have abs and from day 1 on expert it is still fairly challenging although dreading day 30 over 100 sit ups
Im in day 3 but in day 30 if i got some 6 packs abs i will rate this app 5 star. And hey it is normal to get a red line on my tammy. Well i guess its a sign that soon im gonna have a abs i really hope so. Also i downloaded the other app use for working out that doesnt need any objects and i did the exercise same as this apps would it be bad for me working so many exercise
But it does glitch and freeze sometimes, but otherwise its ok
It's good. Simple and effective. And the different levels is a nice addition. Oh yes and ignore the health tips. They're kinda stupid.

It kept crashing on day 6...I guess it wants me to rate..so..
It wasn't that bad and set a reminder that helped me a lot because it won't go away until u do it
I really like this work out challenge, i wasn't motivated at first but then when i tried it, itgave me hope that at the 30th day i might have those abs

Works like a charm. I take a picture everyday to see my change and after just 15 days I see a HUGE difference. I feel different as week. Thank you for all the apps!!
I just finished day 9. My upper abs are awsome, I can feel my second to last abs a I see progress on my lower abs as well. I also started using the Biceps app, can see progress.
The time given for planking is insane but it really works though
