Nice app but the devices don't like to stay online at the same time. I have 2 devices and only 1 is online at a time. I have reported this issue twice now and of course there is no support. Very glad I did not waste the money on any more of the products that wouldn't operate or be supported.
I have emailed them numerous times, and I've gotten 2 QR codes and their app won't scan them, use a generic QR scanner and it works fine. They say they don't have any issues.
Unable to view recorded events.. Only can watch live footage. Also device should work on 4G network but it doesn't only when on wifi
Read about this app a few months ago. Bought a wall plug with 2 USB ports. When I try to set the schedule it changes all the days to Sunday and none of them activate anyway. Sent rails for help and no reply. The USB charges work fine.
WASTE OF MONEY!!! I have a galaxy s6. I purchased 4 E Plugs and not one will pair and crashes when trying to pair or connection
Easley installed app and got camera working but it will only work if i am connected to my wifi. I cant leave my wifi on 24/7. If that is the case i can only view this at home. Soes not benefit me at all
I cant get past step #3 because it says that the UID must be 20 characters and i have no clue what it is talking about...i need assistants on how to add my device and if there is a certain UID i use or do i make it up. I am very confused i would like to hear someone respond back.
It works fine but the volume on the seeker sucks. Any way to turn up the volume on the camera for people can hear it?

The app can't scan the QR code that belongs to the plug, I tried to use others apps and they scan without problems, but this app sucks.
Current app has flaws in the schedule feature. Company has no idea when it will be fixed, rendering the timer/scheduling feature of the devices useless.
Camera is great, app is garbage. $100 camera that can't save recordings is worthless.
App sucks. No matter what I try it will not connect to any Wi-Fi. Customer service is of no help.
I thought it worked amazingly for me and was really impressed with how easy it was to set up

This has been a very difficult experience every step of the way. Just when I thought I had overcome all the hardship I tried to log on while at work (23 miles away) and I can t log onto my camera. So at this point my time and investment is worth nothing! I can log on without any trouble as long as I am in my house- that is not the purpose of this product.
Can only view live footage. Can't find out how to review old/recorded video. Also can't figure out how to adjust text alerts for motion detected. Tried to contact customer service many times via phone and email, they never answer the phone or respond to voicemail or emails. This company definitely does not understand what customer support means. Daytime video quality is ok, good night vision.
Like many listed already, update crashes. System useless, if not fixed soon, will scrap it all App was repaired quickly and is no longer causing crashes. Am unable to make my plugs respond to a schedule. Schedule page shows bar graph of desired operation but does not output to switch the plugs. They work when manually triggered through the phone but not automatically based on the inputted time schedule. Be nice if that could be fixed.
It was working fine, the on or about 3 / 7 the app updated and no access to my devices. Many other s having the same problem. Please roll back the update or fix the problem.UPDATE as of 12:45 pm the app seems to be working fine. thank you. No longer able to use my cam with my Dell venue tablet. Before the above mentioned problems it worked fine. Contacted Simple Home a week ago and have not heard from them yet..
Finally back in and able to control my little lightbulb again. Thank you for fixing the update that caused us all heartache and tears.
The camera records well but no longer in color. It freezes sometimes goes black then back on again.
It is working again. At least the video, however it is not recording events.

Thanks, after the latest quick update, everything is back to normal. The only issue I have is still the voltage, and power reading on my remote outlet switch is incorrect. It reads 10464.10724v.not 115v. Will there be a fix for that? Thanks
It use to work in my LG GPAD now it stopped working. Please fix your app. I have updated app and it still does not work
Was told to update app and still crashing. Was working until you updated the app. Now I can't get the app to open.
I downloaded the new version. The lights, the plugs and sensors. Are working now. Camaras crash
Good system just some issues with the app update. Seems to have been fixed quickly though.

I got a forced Update this Morning on my Phone and Tablet and that install crashed... There is a fix, and if you contact xtreme they will offer assistance.
I updated the app yesterday and when I tried to use it today it constantly crashes! If not fixed by tomorrow saying screw it and returning the camera. I liked it b4 the update
Hahaha there was an update and it said fixed bugs crash errors and other things, so i update then open the app boom it crashes hahahaha.
Was working fine until today when the update was done. Now it crashes. Will not even turn on. Please fix this ASAP.
I liked it before the update. Now it crashes and i was going to buy 2 more cameras. Looking for another alternative.

I feel like Simply Home "was" a decent product before March of this year. I could set the schedule on my plug and it worked! Now, it doesn't matter if I try to set M-F 6am - 8am it only shows Sunday. Then you will see the time wind up as 6am - 8:08am? I have no idea why this happens. I guess I will call Customer Service and see if they can put me on the old version when it worked correctly.
