This is a great app I combine all them together if I can but for now 7 to 10 minutes is better than no minutes

This is amazing I have medium legs but I call them fat and now I have lost 40 pounds and now I weigh 64
This is my first day using it and you can really feel that the exercises are working.
Its a helpful app because it motivated you to keep going with its reminders. I really like it.
All of the other fitness apps I have tried are nothing compared to this. I extremely recommend it.
