Whenever I get a new phone I check out if this app available exercise
I've so far lost 3 pounds this week. My first week trying this. I am doing all the categories mens fitness challenge at once ( abs body squats and push ups ) it's only takes a half hour for me. And that's because I struggled with the sit ups haha. But I love it. And it's easy to keep track of the work outs. It's supper!
For me , i'm quite chubby and had a big butt . i have been following these mens fitness challenge exercise , for beginner , and this really works out for me . for those who wanted to lose weight , do the exercise and watch what u eat , i'm on the 10th day , and i lose 1kg already
I'm wondering on the days of rest do you have to rest and can you do 2 challenges home workout for men at a time and can u actually benefit from this I'm on day 4 right now and I am feeling a lot healthier but I'm just wondering if this will actually do anything for me in the long run It's supper!
Soo well I feel a lot more comfortable with this mens fitness challenge app instead of remembering all the work outs I do
Such a helpful little tool if you need outside of yourself ongoing support...and a great ongoing distraction especially thru the tough times....liking it heaps.
One word this app is one of the apps helped and helping to further my weight loss and toning. You can't go wrong download now. I've tried many home workout for men apps, this one keeps me going. Try it you're missing out, stick with it day 12 big or small you'll see the difference and feel the difference even before day 12.

This is a very helpful app to help guide you on your journey. I would recommend especially to those who do not have a support system in place.
