If you have the discipline to carve out 8 mins a day and do the best you can your first cycle through, then you WILL get results if you are eating healthy. 80-90% of results is diet. Most people fail to realize that you don't "go on a diet." Everyone HAS a diet, it's either healthy or poor. Best wishes.
