The 7 Step to Recovery app contains David Festenstein's very practical strategies which he used to deal with having a stroke and then drive his recovery process. It consists of text and short videos where David coaches those who have undergone a stroke or similar severe health setback. This app allows David to be "the coach in their pocket" and provide support whenever it is needed.
