Very bugy

I don't know what has happened to this app, but it certainly has gone downhill over the past year. Wildly inaccurate forecasts, current conditions don't remotely correspond the actual weather. Maintenance seems halfhearted at best. Put your money elsewhere. I wish I had.

My prior reliance on this app is the only reason why it gets 2 stars. It used to be great but not anymore. Settings are reset every time I open the app. It doesn't retain any of the locations I set. It feels like the developers don't care anymore once they get their money. EDIT: The claim of the new version fixing those issues do not seem to apply to a Moto X Pure 2015 running Marshmallow.

Best looking weather app, but as others have stated, settings are not stored between uses. This makes it inconvenient to use as you have to enter settings every time you use it. Please fix the issue and it will be worthy of 5 stars. Edit 10/19... All of a sudden, app is remembering settings, and being true to my word, I now rate the app 5 stars. This is due to it's look in the dark theme, as well as the amount of info provided.

I've had it from the beginning, and the developer has done a great job of listening to user feedback and improving the app. Keep up the good work!

When I load it up boom it crashes! Worst money I ever spent! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Settings still not being saved between uses. Went from 2 to 1 star because the author doesn't respond and/or fixed this issue.

Edit 1/9/17: Settings are once again not being saved. Back to 1 star you go...

Does not seem to have been updated or debugged in many years.

Great app

Buggy as a bait house. Stay far, far away. I'm reviewing the version of the app I bought as of 2015-10-28 09:19 PM EDT. On my nexus-4 handset, it will not retain settings at all - even a rotation of the screen causes it to reset. Unusable. My nexus-7 it also doesn't retain settings. The daily weather summary cards available from the right lists the days as 'Wed 21', 'Wed 22', Wed 23', 'Thurs 0', 'Thurs 1', .... Huh? (Both these devices are up-to-date 5.1.1 android)) The radar display crashes the app when 3d/pressure-contours is selected on the nexus-4. There is no animation for the radar display, so without knowing which way the clouds are moving you cannot figure out from which direction bad weather is coming (note that upper atmosphere wind conditions can be very different from the reported ground wind speed and direction). I'm not sure why this gets good reviews. It is so annoying as to be unusable. It's a shame you can't ask for a refund after a few minutes of use. By the time I found these problems that window had closed. Sure it's only a few bucks. Hopefully they'll use them to do better quality control. Could be great. Isn't.

It an ok app, but not as good as the top apps. The UI seems beta like, not consistent.

Up until this last update, everything worked perfect... But now, it won't save any of settings and I have to reapply them every time I open the app. I'll be uninstalling it until this gets fixed since its pretty much unusable anyway.

I like the large amount of weather info available in the app, but definitely still buggy. The app won't retain my settings. Would also be nice to have a way to sync settings across devices.

Anymore updates with this weather app? I like it but it's playing around with Android N preview

Constantly resetting settings

Bought this because of a post on Reddit. Took a chance and got burned. App crashes constantly. Seriously, my phone is stock, and this app crashes immediately upon boot up. Also crashes 2-3 times while watching a 45 minute show on Netflix, and all the time. It's also very show. I usually just end up typing "weather" into Google at this point. I requested better widgets last year from the creator, and he said no, because nobody will use them instead of cards...

The text on the widget it too big and does not fit into the space available, it is often cut off and looks poor. Additionally, many of services are only available for the US. I suggest you try Arcus before paying for this app.

I'm always looking for the perfect weather app something to complete with dark sky on the ios platform. This is very good. Some improvements are still needed but a solid app

Edit: App's latest update does not go past splash screen, and throws an error upon retrieving weather data. Emailed the developer about the previous issues to no reply, not even bothering with this time. There are a few issues. Metric units aren't working, when I leave settings it still remains in imperial, as well as all of the settings that did save are wiped upon killing the app from the recent apps screen.

App is officially broken for me. Fails to open up, just keeps showing the loading icon. The app was great while the Dev was still updating it. However, it has been a while since the app was last updated..

Fix your data sources! The 3d map doesn't work on my s6. The goes map and fire maps are empty and get rid of the gross fall foliage map or at least make it removable.

Tired interface, shoddy location tracking, and unable to delete manually-entered locations. Save your money.

frequently gets stuck on loading/refreshing animation

The app stopped working a few days after I bought it. I keep getting an error saying it's an unlicensed application. It's unfortunate that you used so much DRM that it stops legitimate owners from using it.

Good weather app but really still bad widgets, please fix

there are a few annoying issues... 1) The widget is pretty bad. There are a lot nicer looking widgets out there. If you're buying this app mainly for the widget, don't make the same mistake I did. 2) I am aware some data is not available depending on location but it's a bit annoying to see "wind blowing from East at NULL" and such. 3) can't open the app if location is off I purchased this app mainly because it uses forecast.io. The app itself looks nice... Google Now style cards... but it ends there. The backend is buggy. I've been a long time user of Arcus Weather which also uses forecast.io but found their widgets to be subpar compared to some other apps out there. This one doesn't impress me either. No way to customize it. You get one color with X amount of data to show. That's it. Ultimately you're paying for forecast.io's API.

No longer refreshes, even when you force it to. Disappointing because this was a great app.
