Took the written test, after very comprehensive study of the Dauntless software, did 6 practice tests and scored high 90% on all. I had never seen over 2/3 of the questions that were on the test. Meanwhile I took the test at the same time as 4 others who used Sheppard, they had seen 100% of the questions in their prepware. Dauntless uses false advertising and they are a complete fraud. I will be pursuing a full refund. I passed with a decent grade but no thanks to Dauntless

Dear Dauntless I have been flying for 40 years on UK/foreign licences but recently decided to gain my FAA ATP (H). For various reasons my study time was reduced to a one month period but your software was fantastic in helping me pass both the written and oral exams. I cannot recommend you highly enough. Plus your customer support was outstanding. I emailed a query on the 4th of July in the early hours (forgeting the sgnificance as I''m British) and a reply came back straight away, resolving the problem! Many thanks for reducing my stress levels.

I ended up also buying the "other app everyone uses" a week before the test so I got to try both. This app is much more user friendly but the questions aren't as up to date. The FAA has been changing a lot of questions recently and only 40% of the questions on the test were in this app (a little less than in the other app), but the material is still the same so I was able to get 90%. It's not actual FAA questions but noone really has them and I'd still recommand this app

I just got 89 on atp test after reading these questions it made it so easy

Used this to help study for ATA. Wish I would have bought this first before the printed book. Shelled out exta for voice option, helped while driving to testing center from BFE.

I found it very helpfull

I ignored the other reviews with the idea that I could get this to work on at least one of my android devices (nexus 4 and Asus tablet). The app installed just fine, but whenever I try to practice an exam the app asks for updates. Unfortunately, the updates freeze on both devices rendering the app completely useless. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps with no luck - stay away and find a better use for $40 than throwing it away!

Does not run on my asus tablet, a waste of money i would like to get a refund, very bad performance of the software

After Last Update It has stopped working

Stopped working on my HTC One and ASUS TF300 after last update.

I had previous technical difficulties but with the help of Dauntless tech support and Google I was able to get it to work. This app has plenty of questions and also explanations to go with the answer which is good if you don't know how to arrive to the answer. Sometimes you need two figures to figure out the answer but it only shows you one, so you have to go browsing for the pic to find the answer This app is to prep you for the test not to teach you how to be a pilot. If you need someone to teach you the material or how to read an approach plate then go to a school.

After finally being able to download this app, I have to say it's outstanding. Figures are easily accessed, your questions are sorted after how many times you've got it right or wrong, and excellent explanations for every question. Since I live in a country with Internet connection leaving something to be desired, I had troubles updating this ap. I never got past a couple percent, and then I lose 3g for a few seconds and the update fails. Wish you could pause and resume the update so you could download it over time even with a crap connection. Also it would be nice to be able to choose only say 121 atp for update so the size could be reduced. If you have a good 1st world Internet, this app is 5 stars easy.

Should figure out a way to sell in bundles. I'd have a field day...

The app is pricey, but I used their software in the past, and received a 97% on my FCC exam. This one is awesome as well, and now I can study anywhere I find a few minutes.

This is a memorization program. You dont learn any material. Not worth the money.

I just got through with my ATPL and I have to say that this app was a HUGE help. Just use the mode in which you only see the correct answer. Highly recommended! I used this app alone to study for the written. No big surprises in the exam.

Presentation is good, lots of study materials and graphics. Several study modes.

This app was "okay" until I entered Quiz mode where I discovered that even though I've selected '121 ATP', I still get questions from the '135 ATP' bank of questions. The only upside to this app is that you can study on the go anywhere...if the 'old fashion' gleim or asa book is too much for you to handle

Now I can download it and install it. It is very good and usefull App.

Perfect ATP app I tried two apps for preparing for my ATP- this one and a less expensive one. The old saying tha you get what you pay for is true. This one has excellent explanations, is fast, looks good, and updates regularly. The competing product I tried, by contrast, is a joke programmed by amateurs. I studied with this GroundSchool app exclusively for my ATP Part 121 Airplane test and scored a 98% with no surprised on the test.

Average so far. Decent UI but it randomly won't start up properly and freezes on a black screen. Have to force stop it and restart it.

Update fails at 48% EVERYTIME on Galaxy.S. Help desk suggests turning phone off back on then waiting for half hour again, classic. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
