Docs To Go™ Premium Key

Ever since the latest software update to my Note 5 about a couple weeks ago, I'm no longer able to save my Docs To Go files to Drop Box. Instead the files are saved directly to my phone which I DO NOT WANT!! I've been using Docs To Go and Drop Box in tandem for years and used Docs To Go since my PalmPilot days. I hope there's a fix coming soon. Thank You! **UPDATE** Just realized that the last update was 3 years ago. Well, it's been fun Docs To Go, guess all things must come to an end. Will be looking for a new productivity suite.

Constantly stops, user unfriendly! Better off waiting until at a real computer to work on documents. Adjustable cell heights and widths would be great without zooming in and out. Most formulas don't work. Save your money!

Incredibly great features, a most useful app. Everything works fine for me. But other reviewers have some issues, so check that it has the features you need. I love it! I can use Dropbox and Google Drive access just fine. And I found a work around to making pdfs: I send a Word doc to Dropbox and then make the pdf from there using the Chrome add-on for Google Drive/PDFs. Or I just open it in the Xodo app, then save as pdf. Like I said, this app works great for me.

I have used this app for years with good success. However, the current Android version, 4.002 (1526), has recently quit working with Dropbox. This makes the app useless to me. So, it's one star until DataViz provides an update that fixes this problem.

REVISION : 02/23/17 - WHAT A RIPOFF WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS GARBAGE APP! about having to reinstall the free version in order for the $14.95 Pro version that I paid for, to work. perhaps you could fix this QUIRK, I'm just make the pro version, fully operational, so that I only have one icon, for this app. somehow, this isn't making much sense to me. if anyone cares to explain it... I'd like to hear that explanation.

I've used Docs to Go since the days of palm computing. You'd think after all that time, they'd be miles ahead of the competition. Not so! Hasn't been updated since February of 2014. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go with any one of the other office apps. They are all similar and most are still actively being developed. These guys are just milking the cow.

it would be nice to have a pdf writer instead of pdf reader? your formulas are not complete in excel plus it does not recognize certain mathematics from other pages when editing. Does not recognize office 2016 formats. More problems than stated in the video. Cloud is fine and all but I prefer my external SD CARD for encryption storage. Also you have many of your customers stating the same issues and ideas of when there are patches or more user friendly options for user preferences? Note 3 user

paid for iPhone/iPad no problem. paid for Android (Samsung Note 3) Then received confirming email that it was "registered", but not compatible! I prefer to pay for working app, but can't get refund. If app is not compatible it should not be in Android Market still no response nor attempt to contact me

For our two android 4.4.2 phones, we just bought Doc To Go Premium.  I just tried to open a Word-2013 password-protected file and got: "... other than 97/2000 compatibility .."  Really?

Recent updates in Docs to go and Android have resulted in inability to edit Word docs on some handhelds. Excel docs are ok. Data Viz is aware of issue and will fix...eventually.

Had problem with features within a PDF. Used to work, but update caused problems. Was promised a fix in next update. 2 updates later, nothing. Have contacted support since then, no answer. I paid $$$ and this is what i get?

To open an important irs transcripts and it does not open. The app freezes and kicks me out. Please i paid 10 dollars forthis app. I really needed to see these documents. I need a refund its not opening anything other documents i have in my memory card.

It's now been a week and no answer. Paid twice and they don't seem to care. No response from Google Play either. Terrible experience. After 48 hours no answer.....**I had to pay twice to get it to work. Not impressed. Be careful because it seems they are not quick to get back to you either. Why is it almost double the price as itunes? Buyer beware!

Used to work fine now days I have to download Amazon app so did that but won't let me sign in. I paid good money for this app not happy. Now saying app not owned and it just forces closed.

I love this app & the starred files list is one of the most helpful features to me. After latest updates my starred files don't show anymore, & developer won't respond to my emails. Very disappointed, PLEASE FIX!

Mainly, need a select all capability in sheets to go. It'd be good if it happened by clicking the upper left square (above "A" and to the left of "1") like in excel

I access my Journal on SD card many times daily and suddenly cannot save updated info back to the file that I opened in D2G. I have an extensive subdirectory hierarchy of hundreds of dynamic (frequently edited) files that are now denied to me. WTF!?

Great app but still needs tracked changes editing function. Also, after I upgraded my Note 10.1 2014 edition to KitKat recently I am no longer able to save files on my SD card. Please fix!!!

Been using these products since the days of the Palm. The copy and cut features are a bit cumbersome. But this product gives me what I need with easy access to the file until I can get to a PC.

Just worked on a document with this app.. went to save the document to my Google Drive.. the document did NOT save to my drive. the application opened a dialog box giving me the option to send the document in email form, warning me the changes may not save to drive. so i chose yes, i wanted to email it to myself. THEN THE APPLICATION CLOSED. completely wasted more than an hour working on this GROUP project that is due this evening. I DO NOT recommend using this application. It is not consistent.

Can only save to internal storage on my Note 4. On my Note 3, I can save with the Free version on either/both interal memory and SD Card. No Root.

I don't particularly care for the removal of the option to save documents to an external card. There are certain things that I would prefer to keep more private and not have to upload to a cloud-based service.

No images can be inserted and that should be basic! Expensive app. that also has no spell check! Come on guys if you want to be greedy and charge so much at least give us what we pay for. Used to easy communicate with the team now they removed their contact developer, If this were the case before I paid would never done so. I feel if a developer (Adobe & MS for example) doesn't provide REAL support and contact I refuse to pay for. Name any other business where you can get away with such dishonest business practice.

I hate the new docs to go since new upgrade. Not user friendly anymore. Why did you change a user friendly format to this crap.

I used to use Docs to Go several years ago with an iPod Touch. It worked fine. But now that Docs to Go has been bought by Blackberry I think its not as useful. My problem is syncing Excel files with Docs to Go. Docs to Go will not wrap text in a single cell on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I just don't think mixing operating systems between desktop and mobile devices is ever going to work. Go Google Docs all the way or Mac all the way. Or if you stay with Microsoft Office get a Windows phone.

This was the last big hurdle for me. Now I can use it with dropbox on android as I could with iOS. Thanks!!!

I wish whoever decided to eliminate the ability to store to the external micro SD card would reconsider. I once considered this a 5-star app, but now would give it a 2 or 3. I still like the functionality, but not being able to store to the SD card is unacceptable. It's a pain and takes extra effort and time to first save to the device then transfer it to the SD card, then delete it from the device. I use the app a lot and and don't want to hog up my on board memory. Working to/from the cloud is not always an option. Please return the SD card option.

I hate that I can't edit or write to sd card on android phone. No longer worth the $

Unlike Kitkat, Android 5 (lollipop) has the ability for 3rd party apps to write to the sd card. Please add this feature.

What on earth happened!! Can't save ANYTHING since last update. Saved Doc files to pdf. Help!!!. Ruin-disaster-catastrophe. Update the update. PLEASE!! AND NOW WITH A SAMSUNG NOTE 2: When I try to save to the sd card I find a warning that the document will be changed to a READ ONLY file. That is NOT why I use this app.

Why did it change???? Please fix or refund. I bought the premium cause it was the only app that could do it. Now you're change it. Answer my emails

if you buy the premium key through the store menu available in the app itself, it will display ads exactly as the free version ! if you complain no one will respond ! (unexpected poor level of client care) so buy only through Google play and it'll fully work!

The product works well, but if you work with dropbox you're going to find files aren't saving even though they say they are and that opening files from dropbox require workaround apps other than this one.

I got the premium version so that I could use files in my dropbox account. I worked out of wireless range for a few hours and when I got back home and saved the file it 'failed to sync'. The program suggested that I email the doc instead - when I clicked 'yes' the whole thing crashed and took my work with it. What a waste of time and money. AVOID!

Have had this app for years on Palm, Blackberry and now Android and love it. The fact that it's now $15 makes it even sweeter!
