Datatrac for Drivers

Does not work on iphone. Colors are bad, need more contrast. Cannot rearrange pickups and deliveries, this is a BIG issue. Cannot change weights or volume. The camera scanner only does one at a time, and you have to go all the way into the order to start scanning. Need to be able to just start scanning and then depart. If you hit the little flag next to the scan button it removes all the scans and you have to start over. The depart button is in a terrible location, it is constantly being hit by accident. Battery drain is atrocious. Have to force stop the app after logging out otherwise it keeps sucking battery and data. No way for drivers to exchange orders. But, it actually does work, just not very well. The rest of datatrac is even worse, whether on dispatch, a customer entering an order or on the billing side. Whoever designed this or allowed it to happen should be fired, or worse, forced to use it. It's like it was designed in 1992 and never improved upon.

This app sucks sync problems got to manually sync to get my driver info every time should automatically pop up when they send

On older versions the notification sound worked. I cannot get it to work on this latest version.

I tried about 50 times to set up this app using my email and password,it keeps saying my password and or email is invalid

I've bought a barcode scanner, it doesn't work with datatrac apps ,do I need to change anything in the setting to get it work. What type of barcode scanner works with datatrac app.

Functionality is not reliable, an I'm forced to use this for app. Smdh

On the new note 7 it seems to kill my battery super fast I would say 5 stars if they fix that and the auto correct when typing

For some reason the app just stopped syncing. Will not get gps locotion, so nothing loads anymore. But before then. It got the job done well. Thank you guys for that update. Awesome job

I would not recommend this is have to use it we have used it at my work for over 5 years at first I liked it it ran smoth it was went downhill every year

Recently being switched to this. Originally used Datatrac on an Intermec CN50 (Windows CE). Is there a way to select multiple stops for a single location? I have locations on my route where I have anywhere from 2 to 4 stops dropped off at one spot. Having to do each stop individually is causing increased stop times making me late to my next delivery and more signatures required by the same guy. Any way to simplify?

The company i work with use this app now they ask to reboot the phone after anytime u enter the app

Every time I enter my specimen count in the signature line, it say"s a overage has occured. This only started after a recent update. It also warns me when i try to depart from the stop.

Needs a option to be able,to transfer addresses to routing apps such as road warrior and other apps this option would save drivers huge amounts of time in loading or just allowing copy and paste on the addresses to mk the trasfer smoother. And quicker

This app would be 5 plus if it could optimize route addresses for you is there a way it can be done

Since I have the note 5 it worked until a few days ago. Sync problems. Was not able to get jobs any longer. ??? Can you please fixed? Ever since your updated your end it does not work. Please do something. Remember we have to use your app for work to pay bills as it is required from work to use your app. You are messing with our money everyday we can't use your app.
