Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin eğitime uyarlanmış hali TAM ÖĞRENMEDİR. Tam öğrenmeye giden yolda Okul-Veli-Öğretmen iletişimi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu gerekliliğe dayalı olarak, web tabanlı Okul-Kolej yönetim sistemimiz üzerinde, günlük iş ve işlemler esnasında oluşan devamsızlık, sınav, etüt ve rehberlik bilgileri ile öğrenciye, öğretmenleri tarafından verilen ödevleri görebildiği interaktif bir uygulamadır.

Mobil Veli Uygulaması aşağıda yer alan bölümlerden oluşmaktadır.

DEVAMSIZLIK BİLGİLERİ-Öğrencinin aylık ve genel devamsızlık durumunu görebildiği bölümdür.

HAFTALIK PLAN – Hafta bazında, hangi gün, hangi saatte, hangi dersinin, etüdünün, sınav veya rehberlik uygulaması ile etkinlik programların görebildiği bölümdür.

SINAV BİLGİLERİ – Öğrencinin katıldığı tüm sınavların ayrıntılı olarak kazanım ve konu bazında ayrıntılı raporlarını gördüğü bölümdür.

ETÜT BİLGİLERİ – Öğrencinin aldığı derslere ait tüm etütleri, hafta-gün-saat ve öğretmen bazında gördüğü ve başvurabildiği bölümdür.

ÖDEV BİLGİLERİ – Ders bazında verilen ödevlerin tümünü görebildiği ve de ödevini yaptıktan sonra, ilgili öğretmene bilgi gönderebildiği bölümdür.

REHBERLİK İŞLEMLERİ – Öğrencinin başta Öğrenme Stili olmak üzere, uygulanan envanterler ile ilgili bilgilerini gördüğü ve de gerektiğinde rehber öğretmene görüşme talebinde bulunduğu bölümdür.

SERVİS BİLGİSİ – Öğrencinin servis hizmeti ile ilgili tüm bilgilere ulaşabildiği bölümdür.
