Won't send Activation email

As an IT professional I understand the need for backups. This looks okay at first: runs automatically at regular intervals and says it's done a backup. But when I had my handset replaced due to a fault, the software tells me I've exceeded the number of devices, the listed email address says the software is not "under active maintenance" (although I've had no warnings), and there is no reply from the main support email. So I can't restore anything. Avoid and choose something that works.

Worst app I ever had. I lost all my contacts and messages. And no response. Pls pls don't install this app.

How to increase the mapping limit I was trying it but failed every time

I had one of my phones go in for repair and this app was perfect for shifting over all my information that i had. 5* indefend!

Now I am restrore the contacts using Desktop app

Works flawlessly! Been waiting for this kind of app for a long time...

Very good app! Need password recovery and fixing contacts restore crash for a 5 stars. As a precaution take more than one backup to not lost your contacts.

This saved my butt when a mistaken configuration meant my Titanium Backups went missing. I had installed this one just as some extra insurance but it ended up being my only backup. Email support was outstanding and helped me past some minor problems restoring. Recommended because this is a good app and a great company. I can't wait till the pro version comes out.

Desktop client cannot recover contacts either

had it for 2.3.6 and backedup np than updated to 4.0.3 and guess what not compatible please fix and will give it 5 stars great program but no able to be used for new software comon i need this all my contacts needs this and messsages Update support contacted me and sent me a direct download link and after install after restoring twice and saying partial install it worked so it does work with 4.0.3 but gotta talk to support for a link once fixed 5stars for this

This was the only backup tool that allowed me to backup my browser history but I couldn't restore it to my phone. But it has a good feature where you can download the backup to the desktop in excel format. So good features but they need to have to way to back it up to SD card or something instead of online so you can restore it easier or at all.

Tells me I have an incorrect password. I know its right, I wrote it down. Can't reset password without losing backup.

My phnbuk has 153 backed up no. But after formating my phone when i tried restore . It restored only 40-50

Beware! Don't install on multiple devices...Error generates 'you have reached maximum number of devices...contact us...' Contacted 2 weeks ago and no response. DON'T INSTALL!

The App was great on my Droid Charge but over the course of time in service it was replaced by Verizon creating 2 entries up on Indefend's cloud. Support is as unresponsive as a corpse, verification links to my email when I create a new account are non-existent so now with my S4 all my contacts, SMS messages, etc. are stranded somewhere along the Ganges River.

I was recommending this app to everyone including companies but now that I know you can only have two devices on here and when I try to contact them to add more room I don't receive any reply back I'll make sure everyone knows that the service with this app is terrible!

Had a small problem due to user error, got a quick response and they had me up in no time. Saved me the nightmare of transferring contacts and losing info... I'm new to the android world and this app made it painless to learn. Thank you indefend.

WASTE OF SPACE-IT'S A CON! It won't Restore anything-complains about your email address, asks for NON-EXISTENT PASSWORD YOU NEVER SET UP! RUBBISH!

I installed the application on my old galaxy s plus mobile and when the phone had a problem, I installed it on a new LG phone and requested my data but the application showed me that I exceeded the maximum allowed phones to restore me data, WTH is this ...? I sent an email to the services team with the problem but i had no answer .. I regret that I used it to backup my data.

Twice i sent email asking for assistance but until now no replies (except the auto reply - if you count that one). I was asking how to disassociate my previous gadgets 'coz I already sold them. I'm uninstalling for now. Regarding the app it was working for me then (on previous gadgets).

Still no response from indefend.i cant restore messages....alert says " unfortunately indefend mobile backup has stopped"

Did an SMS backup on my Huawei U8800 (android 2.3.5)to transfer the messages to my new HTC Desire X (android 4.0.4). Indefend claimed to have done a successful restoration, but there were no SMS log available on the phone.
