I said I would change my negative review of this app if they fixed it, and lo and behold they finally did. This app runs flawlessly on my phone since the update. Zero issues. THANK YOU!!!

It's a terrible app full of bugs that crashes constantly. The beta looks like a big step up though.

I really wish it had a setting for it's own notification so i can pick a separate loud noise from my quiet default one. Also, please enable us to force dark mode permanently, as the white is way to bright, and hard to read from, especiallu while on the job and on the road.

This app barely functions. Night mode is terrible. It hardly will connect when it needs to. Crashes often. Needs A LOT of work.

Always lagging out. It completes orders without my knowledge or my dispatchers. It has cost me so much money and almost my job. This app is awful.

I have been using the app for several months, but am recently experiencing some issues with Android 7.0. I have emailed the company at two different email addresses with no reply.

Night mode is nice, but the dark blue text is hard to see. It needs a service notification to keep it open, and to allow quickly switching between apps. Other than that, great app. Edit: Now it's telling me to update, but Google Play says I have the latest one. It's constantly trying to open the Play Store, which impedes my ability to get orders.

This ap crashes at the worst times and then will tell me i have an out of date ap.. but there isnt an update for it....

Excluding the fact that I have to force close when I get multiple orders, this app is wonderful.

Super easy to dispatch to my drivers and to keep track of where the orders are at in the delivery process! Absolutely love it!!

I use this app working between 2 towns and for the most part its a great app. Only problem is its a pain in the butt to uninstall, reinstall, relog in and all over again when I have to switch between towns for jobs! PLEASE do something about this!!

Works great on my phone, probably doesnt work well with chumps using 3g or a crappy "smart" phone. uses like NO data, and mapping out places is easy.

Kills my battery anytime logged in even while on charge only while logged in to this app, stops working, has issues connecting to server, doesn't complete orders when its supposed to I have to close and re open the app of it even connects to server it might let me complete the order. I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 LTE 4G sprint network

This is my 3rd update/review for this app. And after there was an update released for it I've gone down to one star for this app. It is by far the worst app I have on my phone & unfortunately I can't get rid of it. Not only does it restart anytime I luck my phone but it completely locks it up putting me totally out of commission. My dispatchers get upset because they can't get in touch with me bc nothing works. please actually FIX the problems with it instead of putting a useless night mode on there.

App autoruns and interrupts phone use which is extremely annoying, rather just get notification. Doesn't store device keys. Needs customizable interface options. Needs failsafe for bad network connection, currently hangs indefinitely with no sign of what its "loading". Needs "OK" button for quick confirmations.

App crashes constantly while i am working. The whole system has gone down before causing everyone to have no orders for over 4 hours. The app is convient but ultimately costs me money because of how unreliable it is. If my work didnt require me to use the app, i would uninstall it immediately.

It's a great app but if you work in different towns it would be nice to be able to be logged into all towns at once not just one at a time. Please add a switch feature of some sort to link to different towns easy under the same user.

Only use this because I have to for work. It's the most unreliable app on my phone. Often causes me to be late on my deliveries because it will get stuck in the "connecting to server" screen for 15+ minutes at a time at least once a day. I've turned off my wifi, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, sometimes none of that works. This has been going on for months. I've sent multiple reports to the programmer. I'll l change my rating when fixed. Unacceptable.

When it works its great! When it doesn't, it sucks especially in the middle of a shift. It seems like it takes forever to connect to Notification Server and does that on a frequent basis. When trying to switch between apps it takes a long time coming back and can still lock up

This app is meant to use while driving and because of the constant attention it requires to even get it to function, I have concluded that this app will eventually kill you. I constantly have to close it and reopen it to attempt to get it to connect. It won't remember night mode so when I can actually pull it up, I have to put it in night mode everytime. It cannot decide on whether or not it will let you scroll to the bottom of an order or hang at the top. I have more issues, but I have run out of room. - Galaxy Note 4, Verizon

The app is great. Easy to use and getting better! Can we get a tip calculator? it'd be great to be able to easily reference how much you've made.

Negative note:Freezing up all the time then logs you out by itself and now won't let me log back in, positive note: the GPS is accurate to a point and won't let me update it

Doesn't Always Work!

sooo buggy...if i didnt have to use it for work, id never pick to use it

This app is vital to my livelihood and I couldn't do without it! On those rare times it's down and we have to process orders the old fashioned way, I come to appreciate the convenience it provides even more. I would hate to have to work without it. It makes my life easier each and every day!

Needs update. Crashes often and messages come delayed

The usual issues - automatically launching at very notification, having to re-load after ever app-switch, and often takes several minutes to load. Also it's been iffy about connecting, but that may be my phone's problem.

Being able to have an app specific notification tone would be nice.

App works well, but sometimes closes when running in the background and I don't get notified of a delivery. Running on galaxy s6
