저희 꿈나무어린이집은 첫째, 체계적이고 합리적인 보육 계획을 통한 원아 개인의 인격이 존중되고 주어진 환경이 존중받는 개별화된 보육을 펼치고자 합니다. 둘째, 부모의 마음으로 사랑과 애정의 보육과정을 펼쳐 우리 원아들이 의지하고 믿고 따르도록 하며, 안전하고 건강한 성장을 도모하기 위해 표준보육과정을 통한 실천으로정서적 신체적 성장을 추구합니다. 셋째, 우리 원에 입학한 여러 어린이들의 기질과 습관의 차이와 어린 나이에서 오는 원인으로 올바르게 이해시키고, 올바른 인성교육을 위해서 기본생활습관이 올바르게 자리 잡도록 보육에 중점을 둘 것입니다. 넷째, 병아리 같이 연약하고 순수한 우리 어린이들을 지도하기에 앞서 원장을 비롯한 본원의 모든 선생님들은 교육이 갖는 공정성과 보편성에 따라 차별 없는 보육을 펼쳐 나가도록 하겠습니다.
