About Fine Dictionary Off-line
Off-line dictionary + Multi-language keyboard could be used in shops/stores to translate goods. It is useful for those who study Russian or English. Dictionary contains 80000 English words and 25000 Russian words and available off-line. Sometimes WiFi/Data connection is not available and you can use this application then. It is also has a small size and you don't need extra storage to keep it.
(Application also has an android widget but in order to use it you may need to install application to phone store. It is a known issue for gingerbread and up)
It has a good integration with MultiLing keyboard with Cyrillic plug-in and Google Speech recognizer for both English and Russian languages.
For devices with small screen type a word and click "Done" button. You will see translation in pop-up list.
Favorite (star) button is used to store translated pair in your personal memo list.

I think this is one good dictionary to use with speech recognition on Android Phones, slang words translated polite. I will try to use for both languages to rise my knowledge in both. Thank you.

По поводу рекламы: Вы всегда можете отказаться от рекламы в словаре купив платною (без рекламы) версию программы. Второй способ избежать рекламы это отключить WiFi/Cellular Data (передачу данных). Если программа нравится-обновляйтесь! В новых версиях много преимуществ! При установке двойной (русско/английской) клавиатуры поиск в словаре переключается автоматически в зависимости от вводимого пользователем текста.

Using galaxy s, the app does nothing. I type a word, then "done" but it does nothing. Tried easy words, didn't matter
