Brilliant. Visited NYC with my 1.8 year old at the beginning of April and needed a transport from JFK to UWS hotel. I booked a ride through the app and was greeted at JFK by the driver without even having to search for my name on the placard (he said he recognised us by the age of the child!!). He had with him the correct safety seat and made sure to fit it safe and tight... It was clear he knew what he's doing (he later explained the drivers are indeed trained in fitting safety seats). Was so pleased with the service I made sure to book them for the return trip a week later :)
