Drop (Guyana)

Well, I've waited three (3) mins. after clicking 'book ride' and onto now, no response or anything. Probably when it was showing that it's contacting drivers, no driver accept the incoming because they don't know the area that well I guess. But trust me, it's way better using Green Ice or Ambassador Cabs. Don't have to wait that long for a response much less pick up....

I'm super happy that I decided to try DROP today, for the first time. I love the fact that everything is transparent. That way, I don't need to worry about my safety. Awesome customer service, car arrived on time, I was comfortable and above it all, I saved more than $1000 on my ride! I can safely say that I will never use a regular taxi service again! Thank God for Drop!

I've used this app 3 times for tonight! Ride arrived on time. I paid wayyy less than I usually would with normal taxis and I get to see who's coming to pick me up! Love it! Keep up the good work.

Given the idea of trying this system yet again after so many failures, I decided to try it again once they have gone live ligitimately. After requesting a taxi for about 6 times with no response IN ONE HOUR and having the request declined every single time as a ligitimate customer I gave them a phone call only to be serviced by their CEO himself, he refused service to me and ask me to stop requesting a taxi. Is this really a ligitimate app to use only to have it refused to you so many times? I dont think so. I stand by my point saying they are a terrible service with zero customer care to refuse a customer using their service. And they certainly do NOT cover areas they promote the service to be active. BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER CARE, BAD APP... Easy for any CEO to blame a customer for their incompetence of handling customer care. The fact that he blames the non functioning application on malicious attempts by competitors, is clearly a sad attempt of recovering from getting bad press. Buddy, your system does not work as you advertise, everywhere. Get over it and work on it. I have no interest in your competitors or being one. But because your app does not work, better it....

I use this app almost everyday. The drivers respond super fast. I'm impressed with the service provided by Drop so far. Its fast and secure.

I personally think tht #dropGuyana needs more drivers to get on board to use the app for there to be more efficiency and reliability

It make a bad impression of the company when the driver call to say they can't make it

I love drop Guyana because I can see exactly who is the driver and what car he is driving, it's safe reliable and cheap...

Doesn't work properly... app draining battery

So I tried the app again after many months, only to have my request pending for more than 3 minutes. I think this service is not everywhere as they advertise... Personally I think its a terrible service...
