Unable to install app.. Will not load on my Galaxy Note 4

A good example would be what just happened as I am writing. I was notified of a ride and when I went into the app to accept it it was not there anymore. No notice of cancelation, nothing. I still cannot cancel rides. Error after error. Look somewhere else.

When the app is open to the available ride screen it doesn't put it in the notification bar therefore no sound is made when a ride comes in. If you could put in the availability to assign its own ringtone instead of having it go through the notification bar that would be awesome . And maybe even a slight delay on the accept button. That way people that don't have iPhones or people on different cell towers have the same chance to accept a ride. And maybe even the ability to go back and check previous rides.

Great Idea

As a business owner, I do know mistakes can happens and I always believe in second chance. I like the fact that these people calls me back after my bad review and still working with my needs to make their program works better. 4 stars for great customer service. It will be 5 when I can definitely use the program.

Sloppy execution. This is obviously a small group that took something they were working on and beta released for $99 a month. I've NEVER had to send in as many requests for bug fixes before on a financial app. If I get a refund for my wasted money I'll up the stars but right now this is where it stays.

Please don't waste your like I did. Nothing works and even if you try to send emails or calls, you always got hope that someone will contact you back soon but at the end you might spend weeks no one contact you. I am in a process right now with my bank to get my money back. Please don't even try it it's a wasting time and energy on talking with people over the phone. I hope we may have something less than a star.
