Crystal Widget for Android
I learned a lot from this app love it its a must have for the beginner rock hound
Only improvement I'd like to see is a 'favorite' button.
Tho I thought there would be more crystal data related to crystal healing.
I'm a newbie to the world of gems and minerals. This has been a great help and resource.
I love it, very informative. I need facts quick while I'm prepping my tumblers. For example, I can't tumble a 3 mohs. with a 7 mohs. It could be disastrous and an expensive loss. Thanks, I'm happy you created this widget.
I have this set to display a new crystal every hour and it's fascinating. Excellent information, both metaphysical and geological. Great for crystal therapists and students of crystal therapy but also for anyone with an interest in crystals & minerals.
because I can move the main app to SD to save space without losing the widget -- BUT, while I'm sure the fact that the widget is standalone is great for some (like anyone who can't pay for the main app), it also means the widget is a space hog too! Why not add an option or separate version that lets the widget use the crystal data and pictures from the main app? (And, as others have mentioned, users of both would also benefit if the widget actually launched into the main app.)
This is just perfect for me to get to learn new crystals. if only i can click the thumbnail to search for more info like the app that wwould be great.
I have both the widget and guide app. Can't wait for the quiz app I read on website to come out. I have the small widget running to save battery and don't even notice extra battery draining with it running. I echo the previous review that it would be great to have it link to open it in crystal guide app so that I could favorite the mineral and look further into detail of it meta use.
A nice simple widget pack. Pictures are good and information seems very comprehensive so far.
From a paid app, I'd expect a little more information and more control as to how stones are selected. Location data should be a little more detailed than continental. Some of us want to FIND stones, not just look at pictures.
Good pics and lots of info for each one, can't complain for 69p
Great :)
