The return trip fee from one place to another is totally worth it! Calculate that 10 times of DARTing to a same place, is enough for me to go for BETTER deal instead

The price is damn ridiculous

Finally the taxi hailing app Bruneians have been waiting for a long time! Has a lot of potential but has its downsides - Unable to pinpoint exact location for pick up - App itself lags a lot - Kinda pricey

Remarkably similar to UBER, most welcome, BUT with some gripes. I've used Uber a lot when overseas, it's my absolute go-to and I've basically lost count of the rides I've had with them. When making the comparison, the prices of these rides are quite similar in terms of distance-price ratios to big cities like London and Brussels. I.e A 15-20 min journey will cost you between BND15 and 20 with Uber. Dart seems to follow this formula. HOWEVER, it does not seem to reflect the Bruneian environment very well. Petrol is dirt cheap compared to other countries. It doesn't justify the high big-city prices DART is offering. Bruneians also don't like things that aren't cost-effective. Those who can afford DART rides with ease already likely have their own cars...that leaves those who don't. Foreigners, students, those without stable employment... BND 20 per ride (i.e from BSB to Salambigar), that's a hard hit to the budget. Make that a back~forth ride, and it's madness. In short, it's an excellent initiative and I'm proud of it, but cheaper rides would be most welcome. - UBD student -

Why not just stick to uber/grab..why dart..price is kinda expensive for a short distance, i went to kuala lumpur using grab,from bukit bintang to masjid india it just cost me rm8 only which brunei around $3..at first i was happy that brunei have these kinda of transportation but too bad the price is killing it..u should do something bout it, to me i still prefer grab/uber..

I am going to brunei iA. w no uber n grab app i am going to be very reliant on this app. Will review again upon arrival. IA. Pricing seems comparable to that of regional grab/uber rates by nominal value n not by currency value against e bnd

Need to improve the auto pickup location. To appeal to local, should reduce price by 20%
