Ring My Phone for Android
Hard to find my phone, it rings so quietly with this app despite the ringtone volume, notification volume, and media volume. It is practically useless, now. It used to ring just fine. It needs to be linked to the ringer volume to be useful and get its 5 star review back. Uninstalling and installing one that actually helps me find my phone.
I am liking the fact that you can stop the ringing when found via the watch or better yet, take off silent using the watch to make sure it will ring. Last thing that would be awesome would be to make the watch vibrate/flash when the watch may happen to be lost.
It worked at first but since paying for it, it only works now and then. I have tried to contact them about it several times but had no reply. Don't waste your money!
Unfortunately it does not work with the Samsung S7 on Android 6.0.1. I get a ringing notification but no sound. I tried to add a doze exception but it did not help. And I think I would not get the notification if that was the problem. Can you please fix this?
Doesn't make my phone ring at all, only a silent notification pops up once I activate it on my pebble time. Waste of money.
just paid for this thing and found out i cant even set a ring tone. it sucks! the current ring tone rings once and after that you cant hear it, quite counterproductive if you ask me. please fix this
Ignore the negative reviews, they're from idiots who don't have a Pebble smartwatch. This is perfect at its job so I was happy to buy the unlock, has always worked! Thanks dev! After a system wipe I suddenly realised how much I missed it...
Not sure if you'll respond, but it'd be very appreciated. I downloaded the android app, and now I can't find where to download to pebble. Is there any way I can do it or am I screwed?
Works when in range. It doesn't crash after purchase for me on my Samsung note 4. Loud ring, too.
Works wonderful with Google Pixel! Even withdraw and enables sound when ohine is placed on do not disturb or silence. I bought the full version immediately since it's only a $1.
Best $1 app I've ever bought. I constantly misplace my phone around the house, and as long as my pebble is still paired, it's just a button away from finding. Simple interface, does what it says. Great!
[Update] Mine stops working. Can someone tell me how to fix that? [Original] I'm one of those constantly forget where my phone is. This is super! I only wish it also has the other way away for ringing my PTS from my phone when needed.
Try clearing app data or doing a factory reset apps don't get published that do not work....not for some reason it refuses to work.... Bah
Worked during the trial. Paid the buck to unlock it forever. After update it stopped working. Phone app opens. Trying to open the pebble app crashes the watch. Useless to me now since it disables the watch whenever I open it. I emailed the dev and got no response. Would not recommend until fixed.
We all understand why some devs charge for their apps. But many people would never download it in the first place if they knew you were going to force them to pay after a week. Just be up front about it. Don't deceive people
This does exactly what it says. This solves a big problem for me. Anyone who rates this bad because it is a free trial is a whiner. Good grief, you pay people who do a good job. This is awesome.
This app does what it says it will, simple and no fuss. I'm happy to pay the $1 for it. The developer is clear about the cost in the Google Play App Description and within the app. It's good to trial it for a week then pay once you are satisfied.
After having a week to test the app, I was totally willing to pay the $1. Works great. Only time it didn't work, my phone's ringtone was (for SOME reason!) set to Silent... Changed the ringtone, and it worked again. Simple, easy to use, happy to support the devs. If you hate paying money for apps, go code your own and see how much work it is. Me, I'm grateful for the chance to try it out first and pay after I decided I liked.
They claim it's free and even OS. Then when you launch it, they tell you it's a 7 day demo. What a scam! I have no problem with developers charging for their apps. I have no problem paying for them. I have a big problem with them not being up front about it.
Bullshit man, 7 day free trial. I HOPE NO ONE BUYS THIS
it won't wake up my phone to ring it. Maybe it is Android 5.0x
Trial did not work...it would say it was ringing (volume up all the way), but nothing happens on the phone end?
It does not work, not ringing my phone at all. And after a week it even forces you to pay. Uninstalled.
It sucks I bought the app and it stll doesn't work very disappointed pebble
I had to do a factory reset to my pebble and I have to pay for it again? Wtf!

Now my phone no longer rings anymore once it upgraded to lollipop.
At least tell us it's a trial. Don't fake us out like this...
Like the Cowbell app, alerting you when your phone was left behind. This other application, is a must-have for the busy and the Forgetful.
Didn't work with my LG G4.
Only $1 but app doesn't even launch on my watch. Disappointing.
This app is amazing and is a great idea. All of the people griping about the "horrible wallet emptying 65p or $1" are missing out on never loosing their phone.
Well worth the $1 paid. I use this app everyday to find my phone.
Didn't help anything. Won't even give you the option of entering a phone number.
When it updates.. It doesn't work. Uninstall it and the watch app. Then reinstall.
The app exactly what it says it does, but I was a bit surprised to find that I downloaded a trial that I would need to pay to unlock. It's only a buck, so it isn't that big of a deal, but since no mention of this is made until you get the app, it kinda feels like a bait and switch. Seems a bit dishonest. Why not let people know in the description of the Pebble app?
This works great on my Pebble. It does require the phone app and the watch app both. I doesn't work with my Pebble Time. Maybe next update? Yup, worked after I updated the Pebble Time app on my phone and the watch. Great app!
Does not work!
Noone would download this knowing it was a trial.
